That is in fact Dutch, although it features a foreign accent. He answered with a name, next he said 'this is [same name], and finally 'ik begrijp je niet' which means 'i don't understand you'.
The name doesn't sound familiar and it might be a foreigner living in the Netherlands.

So, it's been awhile since I've bee here...
I was wondering if anyone could give me a VERY ROUGH rundown of what has happened since my last post, as 64 pages in a bit too much to read for me right now. Also wondering how I can currently help?
I will start trying to catch up though.
