Wow. The first time I saw this thread, and this one was the ONLY ONE I KNEW.
Cube 2: Hypercube. Right?
Going to an art opening in an hour, I'll post an image tonight.

Ooh, ooh. Rififi.
Edited to use BBCode instead of HTML. Edited again to add next image. And again for file name consistency.

Nope.
Another hint -- the title is slang in a European language for 'trouble'

Need a hint? The director was blacklisted in the 50's, and so went to Europe and made his best films there, including this one. He also had a major role in the movie, although he is not pictured above, speaking primarily in Italian.

Just a quick little trivia.
My first movie extra role: Killer Tomatoes Strike Back.
I was in the police station, doing something near a file cabinet.
Reported to the set at 5p in the evening. Sat in the wait room for hours. Had dinner with cast & crew around 1p. This was the last night of filming so the meal was spectacular (for a low budget flick - BBQ steak & shellfish, etc). Finally, around 4 in the morning, for the very last scene filmed, I get my "big" shot.
I have no idea if I could even be seen in the movie since I never saw it.
So, I was looking at this picture and thinking that blood looks like...like...
Attack of the Killer Tomatoes
I thought, "no that would be crazy." "No effing way," I thought. But upon performing the mandatory google image search, terrifyingly enough, I think I got it. (http://www.devildead.com/critique.php3?FilmID=1106)
Obviously, there is something very wrong with me, since I cannot believe my brain retained *that* particular instance of neuronal linkage/reconnect after seeing that movie once many, many years ago and not even liking it. Oh yes, and what knowledge died so that gem of crap movie information could be retained?...we shall never know. We shall never know.
I suppose I should come up with a next movie, but I need a brief period of recovery from the trauma.
