Harvey Keitel?!? It looks more like Warren Beatty to me. And the atmosphere feels like Cuba, for some reason. That would lead me to guess "Ishtar" or "Reds", but of course I need to do some research and pick one before it counts as a guess ;)

It looks like Harvey Keitel. He played a piano in "Fingers", although I can't find a similar image to confirm. Hairdo actually looks wrong and he wasn't a singer in the movie, although the clothes are right for the era. The only piano I can find images of in the movie is not covered with candles and a shrine to Al Capone. However, as Fingers is a gangster movie, I figured that was enough to take the guess. I expect I am very wrong.
