ok I had a feeling... didn't want to hold up the game, but I guess now I need to post one
I loved Remo Williams in my younger years... ah the memories... the statue of liberty scene was nuts. But the training with the polls was the best scene. And then the dodging of the bullets... great stuff
tough choice of which to use, but hopefully this is sufficient...

Correct, it is the irrepressable Chiun and Remo's pal from the warehouse, MacCleary. And the full title is Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins.
