I don't really mind when every once and a while somebody doesn't have a pic ready after guessing right, but this has been happening quite a bit lately.
So how about instituting a rule that you must have a pic ready to go before you guess?
No rules.....Just right.
Seriously, gotta give time for people to notice they've won and then find something good, which can be worth the wait sometimes.
One thing though. It is helpful to hit the little "Watch this topic for replies" button when you've made a guess.

I would rather not have a rule. If people don't think they are going to have a still ready, they can mention it when they post their guess. Should that guess be correct, then I guess it would be up for grabs - but would the original poster be barred from posting another still?
If people think they can have a still ready, then they should have more than 24 hours to post it. One day is not a lot of time if you don't happen to check in here every day all the time. I think if someone guesses correctly they should have more time to get it together to post. But if you start making rules, should there be a time limit on the person who posts a still responding to guesses?
That is just my opinion, as a player who never has a still ready and is unlikely to do so in advance. I like to guess, from time to time, and to play along. As long as you don't require people to have a still ready just to make a guess, then I can comply with whatever rule you come up with, should you decide to make one.

I support the 24 hour rule. No permission and no post after 24 hours equals anyone can put up a screen.

Or just have a few possible movies with clips to choose from ready to go, so that you can guess right away...
at least, that's what I'm doing now. not that I get many chances But it helps

I think that would be impractical and frustrating. Because you do all that work to find one and then you can't use it because you're wrong...or you know the answer but three people get in ahead of you because you are still searching for that clip.
But how about a 24 hour rule? If, after 24 hours from being told that's right, there is no post, it's fair game. Thoughts?

Wow! I wasn't even sure I got it right.
Next one is up for grabs, I keep forgetting to go get pics after I get them right. Sorry!
