thank you all for distracting me.
ahem. I keep seeing bathrobe guy as "hey, it's that guy" from The 4400, so i've looked him up. Joel Gretsch has appeared as "Hunk" and "Handsome man" in a few films but I don't remember this scene in particular.

YES! The Z-Boys were the subject of Lords of Dogtown, and that's Heath Ledger gettin' wasted up there on the Zephyr rooftop.
(i'm still recovering from the shock of learning that was Heath *swoon* Ledger with long hair, and flipping back a page to look again)
sorry, no guesses about the guy in his bathrobe thinking wistfully about the Washington Monument.
Edit: This one's for you, catherwood. ;) -SpaceBass

Shit. I thought this one would be old and slightly obscure enough that it would last a little longer.
Anyway after seeing how good the screens look I may have to pick up this dvd myself.
No way, man. I felt the same way about it that you did, which is why I snapped it up when I saw it at Fry's for 8 bucks!

I'm 99.9987% positive I'm right so I'll post the next still, and if I'm wrong Gupfee can let me know and I can remove it.
It was a little hard for me to find any decent(or any at all) screen shots of this movie. Luckily one person had the dvd and posted a bunch of nice ones for me to choose from.
I was reminded of this and had it in mind to post since sss's post.

This next one I haven't seen in years, but I remember it beeing really cool when I saw it as a kid.
I feel the same way about this film(except I saw it not to long ago again) even though it was released a year before I was born.
