Well, if nobody else will, I'll jump in. I've been lurking in this thread long enough, and just can't seem to answer the few that I know fast enough. Hopefully this will be neither too easy nor too hard. And yes, it is supposed to be that blurry.

This is how my brain works: it stores the most useless of all data. I haven't even seen Strange Days in its entirety. But I DO remember an apartment with mirrored walls at the end of the movie, and that it's new years eve, 1999. I saw the mirrored walls in this picture and my brain accessed useless datum #78,947.

Looks to me like Strange Days (set in the year 1999 during the last days of the old millennium AND with a 1994 Chrysler LHS) is definitely it. You recognise the pictures or do some clever searching hyexistenz?
