I just had a chat with Eric on Googletalk. Looks like we're getting a hint towards the other site. I've asked Stuart about his tie, hopefully that gives us a clue.
White Rabbit song info can be found here:

me: Eric
I've been speaking to Stuart from xperience... he's very philosophical
Sent at 9:13 PM on Wednesday
Eric: I met him once - you'd get more out of a March
Hare
it's all jabberwocky me: Talking of Hares... he was trying to direct me to the white rabbit. Eric: Interesting...
He must be listening to too much Jefferson Airplane me: Jefferson Airplane? Eric: They had a song - White Rabbit
decades ago me: Yeah, acid rock band Eric: As far as I know - Mr. Munro doesn't know what's going on - but I would love to know what he said. I don't talk to him anymore - but run into him now and then me: Have you not already read the conversation? Eric: no.
Was it in writing? me: It was on MSN Eric: hmmm.... no idea
the one funny thing I remember about him is the fact that he wore the same tie ALL the time, odd fellow
And he seemed way too interested in my daily life - but a nice guy none the less
Sent at 9:21 PM on Wednesday
me: I see, how strange. He's a paramedic, is he not? Eric: yeah - for the most part - he dabbles in computers too
and likes tigers I guess me: Interesting
You said there was another site... do you know the URL? Eric: Yes - but you don't me: Exactly. I'd like to! [smile]
How did you find the URL? Eric: you are going to hate me for this - but you have to figure that one out on your own
I found the URL because they told me to create it and wait for a file.
but not to give out the URL me: I see. But there are clues on the other 2 sites to where the URL is...? Eric: let me think...
actually - yes....
funny - it reminds me of my last airport visit!
And Mr. Munro's tie [smile]
very funny - in a real annoying way that is me: hmm, gate 3? Eric: ugh... Gate Three.... what a waste me: Gate Three then. Hmm...
Sent at 9:27 PM on Wednesday
me: What is it about your last airport visit that reminds you of it? Eric: if you knew that - you would know the address of the new site.
4:30 - have to logoff - rules are rules. me: Haha, it's 9.30 here, you have all the time in the world [wink]
Thanks for the chat

It might be helpful if you explain to us who Stuart Munro is, Mason.
ETA: Stuart's avatar looks to be an image of the pistil and stamens of perhaps a tulip?

The rabbit eludes me still.
Where did the rabbit go, Mr Munro?
And where, might I add, did Mr Hachlinski go? I worry for his safety.

Chat with Stuart Munro, display pic included:
Quote:
Stuart Munro says:
have you found the rabbit that eludes you
Scorpio... says:
I have not. Can you offer assistance?
Stuart Munro says:
you must think with a clear mind and believe what your heart and mind tell you
Scorpio... says:
There is a lot of distraction and confusion. Deceit and threatening...
Stuart Munro says:
if you can not find what your eyes perceive your mind can never grasp the details
i leave you one question...
Scorpio... says:
I'll do my best
Stuart Munro says:
if we seek to to learn what we do not know and destroy what we do not know or fear... are we in control or is it our destiny
so is it human nature to learn or destroy what we do not know and thinking with a clear mind will find the truth and the rabbit that eludes you
Scorpio... says:
That's a very philosophical perspective
Do you know what c2c2 is?
Stuart Munro says:
do you ask to know or seek the knowledge to destroy
Scorpio... says:
I ask to know. I have no desire for destruction
Stuart Munro says:
if you gain the knowledge this may create fear and fear creates destruction
Scorpio... says:
I have an open mind. No fear can come from a mind willing to learn
Stuart Munro says:
so you must think with a clear mind I am afraid that noise has invaded your mind
Scorpio... says:
What noise is it you speak of?
Stuart Munro says:
the noise that causes you not to think clearly
or with a clouded judgement
Scorpio... says:
Clouded judgement? Have I gone wrong somewhere?
Stuart Munro says:
do you think of a clear mind or a mind that tells you what your eyes see
Scorpio... says:
The mind is an extention of what the eyes see, I seek to understand what my eyes tell me.
Stuart Munro says:
there for you cannot thik freely
eyes tell us what we see not what we think... the critical thinking is on our own accord
Scorpio... says:
I suppose.
I still need a clue for c2c2.
Stuart Munro says:
a commoner answer
could be a pgp key
Scorpio... says:
A pgp key? I hadn't thought of that
Stuart Munro says:
but do you have the key to unlock the code
Scorpio... says:
Apparently not - where do I look for the key?
Is this something for Scribe?

I mentioned MoHArOs to eric before, and his reply seemed to confirm it was a dead end:

Moharos is a surname, though I don't see any connection for us, ATM.
Hydrogen has the atomic number 1, not Helium... not that it changes much.

Yes, that is the same article that I referenced here last week.

So, y'know, I'm quite fond of Eric now (not in that way) - I always hated getting sent off to random places at the drop of a hat - and so hoped he was alright and everything. A mail to c2c2@6op1libra (thought it might have redirected elsewhere) got a reply, hurrah:

"those two words" is assumedly/obviously a reference to "Threatening" and "Deceit".
Haven't managed to untangle them yet, although going with the religious theme, I did find a reference to "deceit" in Psalm 119 (1 out), verse 118 (hum) - linky:
Quote:
You reject all who stray from your decrees,
for their deceitfulness is in vain.
"Deceit" is used too, depending on the bible translation, for instance King James uses "for their deceit is falsehood" as the last part.
"Threatening" doesn't seem to appear in the Bible at all, though, so I'm stuck there. More thinking required.

Probably nothing, but I just wanted to point out that the font size on 6op 1 libra and the highfive site is 42.

Just noticed that Eric's LinkedIn profile page is no longer valid. I'm guessing this was OOG. IIRC, this also provided the link to xperience communications, so is it reasonable to assume they're OOG too?
Or has it been deleted for a reason?

Bleuch, the HTML for the new pages is disgusting as well were the old ones that bad?
Heheh, I was watching a film last night which took place largely in a hotel room. It was pretty disturbing when the room number kept coming up as 118...
Possible 118s I can think of right now:
* January 18th (too obvious/used)
* 1 hour and 18 minutes
* Bible chapter/verse
* Where the centre of the Bible is
* UK directory services: 118 118. (only thought this as 411 came up in NN)
Interesting catch on the 42+76 things, DelVillan.

DelVillan.
I think it's fair to say it's OOG. The only thing I could think of that might relate is the mention of a Paul from earlier. But that's a fairly common name to begin with, and after looking at PaulWoodMusic.com, nothing shows up there that would help our cause.
Looks like some old tests of a script. Nice find, regardless.

also just wondering, I was messing around with both sites and went into the /cgi-bin/ path. Anyways what exactly is this? I kind of looked around and they both lead to the same postings on the guestbook
Now these logs are from a long time ago (2003) and probably have nothing to do with all of this. Might as well put it out there for the experienced to decide.

DelVillan.
On 42 1 18 76 as well,
42+76 is 118.
I'm not finding any patterns in the numbers, yet. I'd forgotten all about that sequence.
