Blair Witch Project?
EDIT- Just checked my DVD, and it sure is I love the blair witch project... right up there with The Shining as one of the scariest films I've ever seen.

The Animation Show was never in wide release, or even limited release. It (and its yearly updates) just toured around the country to various theatres with Mike Judge and Don Hertzfeldt presenting. So I guess it does abide by the rules? But let's never do it again?
