That's the thing though. After it's scored from advanced cypher, it doesn't turn into hex. That was the issue we had last night trying to hey any further. So yeah. No ideas on what it could be? What does plugging that into a hex decoder get?

I played with the pill-taking video a little more, and it does look like the distorted image in the word document was a part of the video. If you look at around 1:11, there are two flashes where the image becomes a little more blue. I captured one of them, and you can definitely see the facial distortion.

Now, Steve may have seen this while filming and not told Jeff, which would fit in with the theory that Steve is in on 'it'.

What about the marsh? He can go there first and see if there is anything. That would be a lot safer than the power plant.

And the biggest issue I have, at least, with Jeff just waltzing into this nuclear power plant is that he will probably get shot walking onto the grounds. It's not exactly a public park. Nuclear reactors use weapons-grade uranium, and the guards there (usually specially trained military personnel with firearms) don't usually allow guys to scope the surrounding area out with video cameras. Even the people who work there usually aren't allowed to just mosy around.

I guess my advice to Jeff would be to try and go as close to the plant without getting very close at all.
