I just looked at the source code for the bullerman front page again, and now there's a section of white-on-white text that says:
Quote:
= 72.92970606 (dont forget the 0)
E4A6D8A4D6E8D5E6A8A4D6E8, play on JB, play on
<snip>
Ah - I know where that number comes from:
Quote:
e * pi * e * pi=72.92970606
<snip>
Then there's "don't forget the 0" - so we need to add a zero somewhere?
Well if e * pi * e * pi=72.92970606 and we continue to multiply by 0 then:
e * pi * e * pi * 0= 0
and there is that code again, that we have yet to figure out:
E4A6D8 A4D6E8 D5E6A8 A4D6E8
What are we missing??
back to researching.

Nothing before the equals sign. Just what's above.
EDIT:
Ah - I know where that number comes from:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
e * pi * e * pi=72.92970606
So is that the password? I've tried variations of epiepi, epiepi, e*pi*e*pi, etc, but I'm not sure of the user name either.
Then there's "don't forget the 0" - so we need to add a zero somewhere?

Yeah, Euler was a pretty cool guy, but the important thing to note with him is that he did not discover a bunch of mathematical constants. Euler was a good mathematician but he is best known for popularizing notations and coming up with new ways to work with them. The number e was first discovered by a guy whose name started with an "N" and Bernoulli used it in continuously compounding interest. Pi was something Archimedes was working on long before Euler was close to being alive. And sigma notation is nice.
As for relating sine and whatnot with e and i, I may have a nice little formula that will do the trick. Haha. And if for some reason you all want to know about Euler's contribution to lower-level calculus or complex analysis and number theory, I can really go on for days.
e^(i*x) = cos(x) + i*sin(x)

Nope going to bed.. gonna have to wait til tomorrow unless someone else gets it tonight.. Good luck... Pe@ce
He also created the gamma function (which I know is one of our mysterious blips from the video, just to lazy to look right now... somebody look this up back in the thread sylvia posted a pic)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gamma_function
he also created the symbols for SINE, cosine, and tangent.
Man this guy was the math pimp of the 1700's Too much this late at night pe@ce

Very good observation natas and making the association. You are going to crack that password yet. I know you will.

euler???
it's not pronounced how it's spelled... but pronounced OILER... as in oilerfan271??? coincidence?
Thanks sylvia for the wiki link... I noticed the pronunciation first thing.
Reading more of the wiki,, "e" is also known as Euler's number.
Euler introduced and popularized several notational conventions through his numerous and widely circulated textbooks. Most notably, he introduced the concept of a function and was the first to write f(x) to denote the function f applied to the argument x. He also introduced the modern notation for the trigonometric functions, the letter e for the base of the natural logarithm (now also known as Euler's number), the Greek letter Σ for summations and the letter i to denote the imaginary unit. The use of the Greek letter π (pi) to denote the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter was also popularized by Euler, although it did not originate with him. Random idea (Could that be a sigma notation in one of the "spring blips" in the video?
so he came up with e,f,i,pi,and sigma
EDIT: Also hope your mother is ok tokkii

Fluoroquinolones are broad spectrum antibiotics. Cipro is the brand name of one of them. Wasn't that the one they were pumping during the anthrax scare a few years back? Fluoroquinolones have some NASTY side effects, it's because they are very powerful antibiotics. It's number 2 of the big guns, right after Vancyomyacin. FYI that is spelled VERY badly. My mom had several MRSA and antibiotic resistant infections (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) so she was put on some powerful antibiotics including Cipro. Made her lose her sense of smell.
So, yeah he should wait on that pill for now, but if he gets worse he better take his chances.
I agree, I was just grabbing at the first straws I could find.
Man this is so convoluted. from Pies to Sin to DNA. There is no way I can wrap my brain around all that, though I'd love to be able to.
Well, I tried it several ways no luck for me. Have fun guys.

Ok.. I already sent him the email to wait ... If someone figures out the pill is ok to take, please email him. I told him team UF would be in touch.

(Total weirdness: That link Natas about LEOs and MK ULTRA? I just read the entire blog of the Indian Lake Project not 2 hours ago. CREEEEEEEPY.)

Doing a quick look over, it appears that fluoroquinolone inhibit DNA replication and transcription. Maybe that is what is keeping Jeff from fully mutating. DNA is to deep a subject for me tonight. But we have got to make the connection and maybe find Jeff a new cure or we might lose him to either the effects of the fluoroquinolone or we lose him to what ever he is mutating into.
What to do, what to do????????
I hope that made sense, I am soo tired.
edit: Just saw your link to the Sine LEO and looking at the site now.

ok sylvia message sent. leo stands for Law Enforcment Officers also
Sine LEO * operatives become regular citizens' life controllers, most of them have been corrupted in current surveillane system. ...
beyond-the-illusion.com/files/New-Files/981130/lifeManipulation-2.txt
Is this what's wrong with Jeff? Does he have pneumonia or tuberculosis or both. But, I don't know how that would fit our story. anyone else. gotta do the research.
OR, is that fluoroquinolone what those pills are. If so, then.
Jeff, don't take that pill!
It could also be a big anagram, but there would be so many possibilities we would have to narrow it down by using words related to our plot.
It's after 1:00 am and I'm getting tired. I will be going to bed soon. Will keep looking into this for as long as I can tonight. Hope this helps guys.
Natas, just in case, maybe you should tell Jeff not to take that Pill just yet.

i just emailed steve like 2 minutes ago... since my emails for some reason don't go to my sentbox.. here is the gist of it..
I asked him how he was feeling, if he has taken the pill and that I have had contact with steve. Then I quoted Steve's email to me and asked Jeff's opinion.
I am currently waiting on what everyone thinks I should reply to Steve.

Jeff just emailed me. Nothing really revealing other than the fact, he has no real proof he knew Steve before he got sick. He pointed out to me though that it's not exactly easy to prove you know anyone. Which is true.
He also reiterated to me that Steve's house is empty and it looks like no one has lived there for months. Until I read about your email Natas I was starting to wonder if Steve was a ghost or something hehe. That is quite creepy, sine is mathematical and we know Steve does that kind of thing. Do astrological signs come with numbers? I don't know enough about it and the volumes of info are staggering. I'm hoping we have an fan on the board or someone who researched it for...something else.

People go post something on the poor man's blog. Also, should we tell Jeff we've heard from Steve? I have not replied yet, and if/when I do, I will not mention Steve's mash note.
