I know I know this one, but it's not surfacing in my brain at all... even after Googling and IMDb'ing for over two hours...

I know that Steve Austin had a weapon in his middle finger in The Six Million Dollar Man, but those are all TV movies and none are "considerably newer" than 1970... (and I've never seen any of those and I'm fairly sure I have seen this one...).
