Just a quick update to let you guys know that Heliox has still not logged on to WoW. Last time he was logged on was Tuesday, Jan 22. Hopefull, something will happen soon.

Well I didn't think that post was from Jeff, but from someone else? If that's the case then maybe the person who "he" is that wants us to see is Jeff himself.

The only thing that gets me kind of worried is the tag, something like "he wants you to see?" If the "he" Jeff is referring to is Dan Bullerman, then why would he want us to see something that would potentially save Jeff? I don't know, after the kidnapping nonsense I'm just kind of wary of things Bullerman approves of. Haha.

that friend I was telling you about, (Citizen Kane) he's on top of things right now but Heliox is not logged in at the moment. He said he would keep an eye out for him and get what we need as soon as possible and post it here.

The World of Warcraft 10 million thing is a recent event. Just a few days ago Blizzard confirmed the 10 millionth user joined.

I've been trying to get an old version of the WoW client I downloaded (a 10 day trial version), but it's going to take 11 hours, 42 minutes to download updates Bang Head (I guess it's due to cheap Comcast censoring BitTorrent). Anyone else actually play the game and have an account?

Rockwell Collins will never be apart of the game. Sorry this keeps coming up. All of my friends who agree to help with the game work there as well. I apologize for being sloppy. Hopefully I will not do this again.

I told you guys Rockwell Colons has something to do with the game (but after the whole "where does alterntive reality end" stuff, I didn't check it out any further). I believe I still have an out of date version of the trial version of WoW still on my computer, which I'll check when I get home (but if I do, since Comcast blocks P2P traffic, It'll take hours to get the game up to date).

Yup the WoW angle seems to be correct. I used to play WoW but my account is closed now. So I searched for his character on the WoW website and the first one is Heliox on Suramar.

He is on a PVE server so whoever contacts him does not need to make a special character to be able to talk to him. There is no way to contact him outside of the game world without an account. (Tried seeing if I could PM him in the realm forums but since my account is closed I got shut out haha)

Heh, no WoW, but let me know if any ARGs need someone contacted in LotRO. Very Happy

While contacting someone over an MMO isn't original, at least it's not an overused tactic, like steganography, Vigenere ciphers or MySpace pages.

ok, WoW looks like our next step. does anyone here have access to WoW, or can we contact him on the character profile page, or do you know anyone who does?

If not, I know someone who used to play WoW and knew their way around it pretty good. I assume he still plays it, if i can get up with him, i'm sure he would meet heliox for us.

I'll wait for input from you guys first.

When playing Catch the Wish we had to meet a character on WoW and on Anarchy Online.
