I've met "SoCalDevGal", aka Lynn Langit, last year - at a Microsoft Launch Event for Office '07...
There's another launch event going on now for Visual Studio '08 - it comes to San Diego on May 13th, and I registered to attend it several months ago.
Needless to say, if Lynn Langit returns this year... she has some 'splainin' to do

On youtube this account is part of it, kinda funny. You see this same video from a different camera on Nate's page, then this guy who thinks Holomove "isn't ready" for InterOp. InterOp Guy
By the way, I had to check on the interOp site just to make sure this company wasn't really there. Heh, I guess that means they are doing a very good job.

Does it strike anyone else as odd that one of the available jobs is Executive Chef? How smart to you have to be to cook food for the executives? Significant or typo?
In any case it seems like the odd job out. That's the one I applied for btw. I appreciate a company that appreciates food prepared by someone with a high IQ.
That struck me the same way - does the chef need to be a member of Mensa like the rest?

OK, this will be a silly question, but I haven't seen it asked or answered yet. For those that received a package, did you unfold the crane? If so, anything inside; if not, why the hell not?

I have a question. Why did they use a packet of a real orange drink? They have a lot of money and people working on this, so if they needed a fake packet I'm sure they could create one. So is this probably an ad campaign for that company? I don't see how it fits but seems weird that they would use another company's product unless the arg creators were hired by them.
I have absolutely no idea how to help out on this so...

And can we assume that nate.bozemanSPLATholomove.com or nathan.bozeman is the valid email?
I sent an email to that address for Nathan, no bounce, and also one to Eugene.Gough, also no bounce. I know he's suppose to be dead, but you never know.

FWIW, mine is posted at Despoiler.
I have to say, I don't think the guy from C|Net scooped uF. This thread was started 2 hours before his article was posted.

Why would they scratch off the tracking number? Anyone with a means to read a bar code can get the tracking number anyway...?
