This place is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and it's also in Iowa. near Monticello. As usual, I pose more questions and no answers.
And it's not too far from Cedar Rapids.

So, I'm assuming we have a valid login for the /craig directory and are just looking for the password now. If so, what is it? Sorry I haven't been more help. I just now got home. I knew I was gonna miss ARGFest. Murphy's Law.
Anyway, I'm logged on to AIM and we'll see what happens. Anybody talked to Mike lately?

Had another long chat with CStrife
2 things really.
the CD got damaged in the flooding, so dont expect to see that.
GOT THE NEXT STEP FOR THE LEYLEE RIDGE CLUE!
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
There's a song by Joe Ely Called "Up on the Ridge" came up in convo and he said that he thinks its signifigant.
Up on the Ridge I seen a rider passin' by
Up on the Ridge I seen a rider passin' by
I heard thunder in the distance
I seen lightning in his eye
Up on the Ridge I gotta tangle with my fate
Up on the Ridge I gotta tangle with my fate
Details must be dealt with
before the hour gets too late
Up on the Ridge there's a highway headin' home
Where the ramblin' men must leave their sin
Up on the Ridge
Up on the Ridge there's a fire about to burn
Up on the Ridge there's a fire about to burn
When the sun sets on the Lowlands, only one of us will return
Up on the Ridge there's a highway headin' home
Where the ramblin' men must leave their sin
Up on the Ridge
Gotta remember to tell him NOT to show that camera to anyone that hasn't already seen it. It appears to be a death sentence to anyone who sees it at this point..

Another Chat with Cstrife311
I just had another chat with Cstrife a little while ago. It was rather short, but here it is:
Wouldn't it be wild if he were unknowingly channeling Jeff after he used the camera?!!? That would explain how he knew where the camera was and why he would wake up not knowing where he was. It could also explain the sporadic memory loss.
As far as Leylee Ridge, it could be a combination of Ely and Granite Ridge. It would be good if we could hear it. Hopefully Cstrife will have some video or audio soon for us to enjoy.
Edit: Surprisingly, you haven't missed that much since March..

This is still going on??
I haven't been on this website in months (been very busy in RL), and this is still going on
So what have I missed since... say March 23rd?

Interesting indeed.
"Leylee ridge" - first part seems very similar to Ely, second part reminds me of the apartments where Mike shot his video, Granite Ridge. Could also be bridge maybe?

Another Chat w/ Cstrife
Well, I finally caught up with Cstrife311 last night. We didn't talk long, but I found it pretty interesting.
So, if we can get a solid indication of a drop (and it's not in someone's backyard), I can go get it.

Alright, just had a chat with cstrife311, can confirm Craig's death, no help on the password. Got a creepy insight into the plans for the camera (just read it)
Also comments that seem to say some of the game material was lost in the flooding but he did say he has data for us and will arrange a drop.
I'll attach the file, anything you see post.
Oh, they know he's using the camera, threatshave started.

I saw that Cstrife311 was online last night on AIM, but was unavailable. I was only on for a minute checking my emails anyway. Hopefully I/we will catch up with him this week.
I will check out Toasty's sound file when I get home. My work pc has horrid sound.

Long pauses are common in this game. Then again, so are long solution times.
I've not been back past Ely yet, and I still don't believe there is anything at the coordinates given. At the very least I'm not going to trespass in four yards to find out. I may be back that direction this week and if so I will at least do another drive-by.
In the meantime, to give us one more tidbit to chew on, I went back through everything given lately to try to make heads or tails. Listening to the bathtime video again, I finally heard what sounded like very slow vocals during the splashing. I sped up the audio and reversed it to give the attached file.
