Doh! and here I was sitting here searching normal google for every word in that picture that may have led to that blog, not knowing there was a google blog search.
Hey guys and gals. I've been following along on this one but haven't posted anything. So here goes my first. The writing on the right side of the picture of the "arlen rage blues" is the beginning line to Annabel Lee by Poe. Not sure if that at all will help you or if it has any significance at all. Sorry if I was of no help.
Nice catch!
reference to Brightman (kingdom by the sea)? and Jenny (the maiden)
Quote:
It was many and many a year ago,
In a kingdom by the sea,
That a maiden there lived whom you may know
By the name of ANNABEL LEE;
And this maiden she lived with no other thought
Than to love and be loved by me.
I was a child and she was a child,
In this kingdom by the sea;
But we loved with a love that was more than love-
I and my Annabel Lee;
With a love that the winged seraphs of heaven
Coveted her and me.
And this was the reason that, long ago,
In this kingdom by the sea,
A wind blew out of a cloud, chilling
My beautiful Annabel Lee;
So that her highborn kinsman came
And bore her away from me,
To shut her up in a sepulchre
In this kingdom by the sea.
The angels, not half so happy in heaven,
Went envying her and me-
Yes!- that was the reason (as all men know,
In this kingdom by the sea)
That the wind came out of the cloud by night,
Chilling and killing my Annabel Lee.
But our love it was stronger by far than the love
Of those who were older than we-
Of many far wiser than we-
And neither the angels in heaven above,
Nor the demons down under the sea,
Can ever dissever my soul from the soul
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee.
For the moon never beams without bringing me dreams
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;
And the stars never rise but I feel the bright eyes
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;
And so, all the night-tide, I lie down by the side
Of my darling- my darling- my life and my bride,
In the sepulchre there by the sea,
In her tomb by the sounding sea.

Huh. That's the same email address that was harassing Syn before, right?
That screen shot looks like a blogspot page to me, but Google came up with nothing after searching for "one for the brood", and "arlen rage blues." Anybody else with stronger Google Fu manage to dig up anything?
I'm on my iPhone WiFi at a hotel in Israel right now. Won't be able to update the brood or work on the puzzle.

I've emailed Bricker a couple of times since Portland--for him, more or less, to get my mailing address in which to send it. I was just about to send a reply back saying that it got here, safe and sound, so... we'll see if he replies.
Also, I did reply to the Randall email back on Friday ... but I haven't heard anything yet!

I have a feeling your feeling is spot on. As for the letter from Randall (that was from Randall, right?), he says that we're not done with Bricker, and that he's been awfully quiet since Portland. I don't suppse that anyone's talked with him since Portland? If I'm correct, then our last bit of anything from him would be the package that classical receieved, which only further supports the idea that there's gotta be something of interest in there.

I'm a bit confused by this. Is he asking why Bricker has been so quiet, or if we know the part that he has yet to play, or both? Either way, it looks like we need to reestablish communications with Bricker. What do you guys think about all of this?

Haha, so I got my book back yesterday. Not much to see here, although Bricker did include a little gift. ;D
As tempted as I am to write this off as mostly 'out of game' happenings, I know there is no such thing as that to the guy. So call me crazy! but I have a feeling I'll need this, sooner or later.
Which translates to... r_snodgrass@rocketmail(.com).
Going to email that now, and then go smash my head against a wall.
fffffffff I could've sworn I looked in there the moment we opened the damn thing...
edit;; bam!

You're mine now so please pay attention. O.K. with the Cuban gone Stain has pretty much folded his hand here---it's cost him way too much. You've just got the agency to cope with and although they seem quiet they're far from under control---a few tricks left up their sleeves I'd reckon. Don't fall down on the 1 yard line.
I'll be helping you with the GPS and the Brightman but your group must be prepared to meet with me. I won't be what you think. You must also tell the writer what to do---he still has a critical part to play but has become too quiet following his recent trip to Portland. Do you know what and do you know why?
Cheers.

The email was Holly's, so I don't think it's Port asking here. Though that makes even less sense, since I have no idea what the Watchers would want with Randall. However, it's making me wonder if I've really overlooked something in the package...
Tell me what you think, guys: I am convinced there is something in code in this page and this page, but I can't make any sense of them. And there's writing all over the Lady Ace series that makes me wonder, but again--if it is something, it's less obvious than the Masters of Deceit one was.

Randall? Shouldn't Port be aware that Randall's dead?
In either case, if Port's asking about him, then maybe we should see if we can find anything else out about him. I'll go back through TGATT and see if anything pops out, but from what I remember, there wasn't a whole lot in there about him.
Man, I am glad I started forcefully filtering all game email addresses into my inbox, or all of these emails would otherwise hit the spam folder. The letters down the left side read: "Did you find Randall?" And the rest is gibberish, so I think that's the only thing I'm supposed to be taking away from this.
And... the only Randall I can remember that we've ever encountered was Jenny's boyfriend. You know, the very dead one.
... is it really THAT Randall?

From what I remember of the threat between Rage and Lincoln, it doesn't sound like either of them will have to take action for whatever havoc to be wreaked. It sounds like just the two of them being near each other will cause some sort of reaction that will cause all kinds of hell to break loose. But then again, I would think that Rage knows more about the situation than we do, so he should know when he's getting too close to wherever we believe Lincoln to be, and should be able to get away. So really, all we would have to do is tell him where exactly Lincoln is, right?

Yeah, Bricker was pretty concerned about our plan to put Rage and Lincoln in the same building with one another. But! considering the fact that Lincoln is both immobile AND mute (as per what Bricker said at lunch), anything that would happen between them would have to be brought about by Rage.
So I am not so much worried about what Lincoln can do so much as I am worried about what Rage could do. He is much less predictable than the man who knows everything, I guess. :B
And then somewhere in the mix, somebody's gotta set fire to the Brightman, apparently. Or, at least, that's what I'm getting from the coded message from the package. Speaking of which, I'm not getting any other messages out of it--or none that I can make any sense of. So if you guys have any thoughts about what is a code/what isn't, let's hear them!
