I would think mean streets, it is close as in a gangster movie and by Scorsese, it fits the timestamp from the hairdo's and clothing and they definitely have a bar with red light in there.

Go for is it... the final piece, you should be able to figure it out now, not very
obvious but if you use something that'll help you it should be doable.
Obscure, as I said in my first post was probably correct. Luckily
getting the images wasn't that hard since I had the dvd version lying around.
Let it be known I waited about 3 months to see this one, before I found it.
