I meant to say "A PM" Razz

PM = Puppet Master, there can be multiple puppet masters, and it dosent necessarily mean having direct interactions with the characters, it could involve doing backstage work like drops, writing (controlling his puppets), etc;)

But then again, someone could have hired BB to write it, etc Razz

Actually, I'm not so sure he is running a new one. From my conversations with him - all he really did was point us to a new one that was starting because he knew he was PM'ing it. Although he did promise a new one later - after everyone from I'm Sorry had a chance to take a break. IMO I think it'd be damn near impossible to have another ARG ready to go that fast - that would be truly impressive!

I'm definitely following Sunshine Mine - but I don't think this is Brian Bricker.

Well, all signs point to BB at least being the PM of this ARG...he did say he was working with others for this one though.

Syntactic - look at Sunshine Mine

That is a beautiful post. You may have decided to return to gaming at the right time. Brian Bricker is indeed involved in a new ARG, and it is kicking off more slowly than IS did. It is Sunshine Mine, and it is on the News and Rumors listing.

I don't know if BB can answer your post today any time soon, as he seems to be playing a little more strictly by forum rules this time (Wink), but I'm sure he will read this and shake his head in understanding and grin.

I'm sorry

It's been awhile, my friends.

It is fitting to close with an apology that echoes the very beginning of this interesting journey we have been on. I am sorry.

I abandoned this game many months ago when stresses of my daily life began to compound and I reverted to a routine of instant-gratification. The effort and commitment required to stay abreadst of the depth interwoven into this ARG was such that I was unable to continue. My frustration wasn't with the game itself but with my inability to partake.

Having scoured the internet for a cache of Mr. Bricker's credits, I am thankful that my name went recognized (and so high up on the list). When I was involved I gave my life-away-from-life to the game.

I distinctly remember getting an IG email on my iPhone whilst riding a camel in the Negev Desert in Israel; if ever there was a surreal moment, that was it. Even a world away and surrounded by a sea of holy sand, I still felt a pang of regret and not being able to continue.

Having lurked a moderate extent over the remainder of the game I have to give kudos to Wulf, Classical, Schwinn, et al., who so magnificnetly kept this game alive. Notwithstanding the genius of Mr. Bricker, it was the constant interaction between the PM and Players which was the lifeblood. I always said so and am happy to have been proven right.

Hopefully in the future I will be able to jump into another ARG, and hopefully said ARG is PM'd by Mr. Bricker or someone who subscribes to his paradigm shift. It was, simply put, a pleasure.

It's yours, my friend. Port would have wanted you to keep it.

For the record, I still have the book, the ring, even the napkin with the note Port scribbled for me.
I've considered creating a shrine for it Rolling Eyes - but they're definitely items I will hang onto, as they were the first package I ever received from an ARG.

As far as getting women to take strange pictures, just a quick view of the interwebs proves it can't be that hard... lol. Seriously though, Brian mentioned a few pages back that she is a model friend of his.

No, I've had the ring for awhile. Family heirloom or something. Uncle Feezel's perhaps?

And yes, my avatar...got PM'd by an admin saying it was too big for the board and to resize it...and since I was linking the pic directly from Comedy Central and they weren't too receptive to resizing it for me, I had to just remove it while I search for another image.

The real question is whether or not your next arg will involve a "meet" with her.
