I'm happy to say I've gotten something that will help!

So I got this email a little while ago:

"Ex uno plures" was highlighted in green. This means "From one, many" and has a lot to do with the idea of plurality, meaning people that come together to share one mind.

The "A=1, B=2 and so on" was hidden text.

Edit: Almost immediately after, the solution came to me with the aid of a friend. Using that hint, we have everything we need. I'm putting the solution and the answer in spoilers, just in case.

Solution:

Each element represents a number on the periodic table. They are also given numbers in the petri dish. "Removing one from another" means to subtract the number given on the petri dish from the atomic number, giving you numbers that stay within the 1-26 range. Using the "A=1, B=2" hint, just substitute them in and you get your message.

I have used many atomic properties with the position on that image, and I haven't found jack shit yet. I figured I would be on the right path if they translated to "green", but not yet. Still trying.

Btw, Watchman, I never focused on weeks or the Karmic calendar any further, I just mentioned them. Good to know you're not able to read my thoughts!

That is what I got as well.

I believe the emphasis was meant to imply the 52 was not related to weeks, nor a deck of cards, further confirmed with the Watchman's message to inkflamewriter.
52 is not important, or at the very least not the focus of this. Basic maths and science.

My first thought is that they are not given the same number as those they hold on the periodic table, perhaps the difference?

Also, with his second message to everyone, perhaps his use of hexadecimal was a clue to what we have to do to solve this. I at the very least will try,

With all that said, personally, I think it has something to do with the elements and how they show up on the periodic table. But again, that's just my thought.

The puzzle isn't over yet. We still need to understand how 52 weeks, a deck of cards, and a petri dish work together to make a puzzle. I haven't given it much thought yet, doing ten ARGs at the same time is hard...
