The other substitutions I could track albeit with a big cup of wake-up java. This one befuddles me. Also, Mummer's Farce has some interesting answers.
Never like to muddy the waters about a maths code I'm not seeing yet have got a question: Is it possible this one has an add'nl cipher/twist inside the riddle?

That's why N O W didn't make any sense to me whatsoever. I'm sorry I'm not of more help. I feel totally useless when it comes to decrypting.
I'm not sure that could be an answer. Most have been a coded riddle of some sort...
I can derive all numbers except 1.25 using the method I've found so far. The method seems close to the solution, for sure.

Yeah, I got my characters mixed up. Not Jester, but whoever left the diary and the ECHO is (or was) Karen's brother?

Candle Cove was about pirate puppets, a little girl, a talking ship, and some guy that wears children's skins, I don't think the Jester is involved.
Diary Karen crossed out all mentions of her dad, divorce is likely, or she just really hates her dad. I wonder if she's the Judy, and he was the Punch in the newest puzzle?

I would say no. The operator of Punch is not the same character as the one that plays the one that entertains the Herleking.

Good work on the Atbash punxter!
Sooo, can we deduce that he who became the Jester is Karen's unnamed brother?
Karen is still alive, as amandel pointed out:
Quote:
Magro is survived by his daughter.
but her brother is not mentioned.

Atbash cipher:
Dad always loved her more. I've accepted that. Whenever he would visit, he would sweep her in his arms and shout 'Ah, my little Judy!' It would only be after a few minutes of hugging that he would say, 'And where is my little Punch? Where is my Pulcinella?' He would hug me, but never as he hugged her.
Posted already. Goodnight.

Could be her mother's last name, especially over a messy divorce. It was a bad fight when he came to visit. Which, this would also mean that she was watching Candle Cove. Which character would be Mr. Motley, aka the Jester? Could this help us?
If we knew when that obituary was from, we could assume what age she would be now, as well. Though, the fact that Jester had that diary to begin with doesn't bode well for Karen. I wonder if they'll use the phrase "There's no place like home." at some point during the Oz Museum. XD

In Karen's diary she mentions watching "her Dads TV show" which seems to point to Magro. She has her last name as "B", but there are many ways that could happen.

how important it is yet the Mummer's Farce answered my question that the name of Ruggiero Magro's daughter is Karen. btw: beaut solve LM!
I'd been wondering if that was a possibility for a while. Thanks for asking!
