In fact, you seem to be playing a little side game by yourself. Why don't you use your creativity and "hacking" talents to help us solve the ciphers (EMILY is still unsolved) instead? Actually they said that they DO have key events and stuff that must happen, but that they wanted to be flexible so they don't have like a concrete storyline between important events A to B. But that's just my thoughts.

It does seem like gamejacking. G$20, if you ever write your own ARG, I might actually play it, but this seems like gamejacking and that's probably not very cool with the PMs. I don't know, really. They could incorporate your ideas, they could not, but they probably have their own ideas to attend to first.

Are you trying to rewrite their storyline, or something?

Not that I don't like the twist your giving trying to give to the plot, but:

a. They probably had their own story written.

b. Isn't this essentially an attempt at gamejacking? Sorry if I'm using that term incorrectly, I'm still fairly new to this site, but I do know it's something generally frowned upon.

c. Even if they like your storyline and use parts of it, it also seems like you're attempting to change the backstory, which has technically already been conceived.

If you want to help write parts of the storyline, why don't you just send their OOG email a message asking to join their team. You seem to be doing more writing than playing, anyway, and, like I said earlier, your ideas really aren't bad.

Apparently, I caused LAINSY to go rogue. At least, that's what other members of my team said. Not true. Someone (or some people) masqueraded as me. One minute I was on my computer typing, the next minute my head I was locked in my own bathroom with a note taped to the mirror saying, "TELL FAILTECH THAT THEY'VE ANGERED THE WRONG PEOPLE." After I managed to pick the lock to the bathroom door (my kidnappers[?] took the turning thing that locks/unlocks the door off the knob somehow), I saw that they posed as me and LAINSY had been ejected. I don't know who these people are, but I want them apprehended as much as anyone else does. To help make up for this misunderstanding, I have composed a replacement AI in case LAINSY is still unstable. It's a bit primitive, but hey, C++ has its limits. I haven't emailed Dan in a while. Dan is still my buddy in this ARG, so I naturally tend to ignore people that have hurt him. Genus scares me, as he seemed to open up to me in email, but a little too much. When he told me what he was doing to the CIA, I shuddered. The man is in it for himself, just like Xander, and possibly Dan. I'm still not sure what else Dan could be up to, but I hope it isn't anything worse than putting Genus into a psych ward.
