Ok, just a couple comments:

One, it seems like the subject line of your message to the past is mixed in with the message body.

Second, the way your final command is worded, LAINSY wouldn't even send a direct communication if she doesn't have a RECALL device. You should change "If you have a RECALL device on board, please first use directed communications..." to "First use directed communications..." and "Then attempt to use the RECALL device to send..." to "Then, if you have a RECALL device on-board, attempt to use it to send..."

Ok, I want everyones double check of this. I'm making a final command for LAINSY V7. Incase we can't figure anything else out. Also, there's my theory she's connected to the V3 systems. In which we can possibly do this without RECALL.

Note addon: IF Earth is really out of phase, i'm thinking directed communication should be able to be picked up in all timeframes.

My ideas:

Either a) PMs are telling us we "might" have been transported into the future... b) either the future earth and our earth got swapped? c) we're in communication with a future LAINSY through RECALL d) we're communicating with them at another reality which superimposes of our current reality...

Hard to recognize which is which... If we get contact with Genus, he's our best bet to get things back.

If we send a message, using the directed means, to lainsy of our version number to stop them from activating the device. Since we exist in multiple times, its possible that the activating of the device can be stopped. then to prevent paradox, make sure genus is contacted and told to have Lainsy V7 send that information to the past in the corrected timeline. AKA doctor who style.

Sounds like LAINSY is now her own entity (Ugh, I'm picturing GLaDOS again...) floating out in space like a space station. That might explain the people missing thing. Maybe LAINSY got sent out of the dilation field, but not FAILTECH here on Earth. But then THAT raises the question of what's going on with FAILTECH and the field here on Earth, and why LAINSY got spit out from the field.

Well we certainly didn't get sent into the future... My computer still says October 2011 and so does everything else. Did they get sent into the past? No, they would have noticed the drop in technology around them. The future, maybe? No, they would have noticed a technological increase. I'm willing to bet that they got placed into a time dilation field that made time speed up for them in relation to us. Any sort of transmission sent from within such a field would be rendered unreadable from the outside, especially if it's one so fast that, in a few weeks, it's been over 60 years. But that raises the question of how we're able to access LAINSY now. Perhaps the field died off, leaving some sort of strange paradox? That might explain the satellites going down, as they might have gotten desynchronized or something, but it doesn't explain how all the people just up and disappeared. Normally I'd say we should just wait for more developments, but I'm not sure how more developments would reach us. Ugh. This almost seems like a lame way to end the game, though I doubt it is. It almost reminds me of the lame way they ended Stargate SG-1...

The vaccine basically slows down human growth and the aging process, body processes still work normally. It's just that we age slower. Or rather they, since I refused to take it. As safety, we only allows the vaccine to be injected on or after they become 18 and can decide for themselves if they accept or reject to be injected.
