In terms of the December 30 message, I think it wasn't written by Oriru Serku since it takes the Orkudusu stance with regards to the end of the universe.

I'm not entirely sure about the January 6 message. The Sejusu, Oriru Serku, and the League of Councils all have an interest in preventing the end of the universe, so from what I know, any one of them could be responsible for the January 6 message.

EDIT: Might anyone know of a way to get in touch with Winston Yu? I was wondering if he might have information regarding skyfall.

The only reason I'm going on that trigraph hunch is that there's a lot of repetition between certain letters, e.g. PPB, QNJ, IJY, etc. Well, maybe I'm reaching a little too much. But maybe this will inspire someone else who can crack it?
