FAILTECH still hasn't got their tracking system up, yet. We are attempting to utilize other means of tracking to locate the Jhuku. Since the last transmission of the criminal to LAINSY, no other communication has been received. We haven't confirmed, yet, if what his main purpose of acquiring the Jhuku. If he needs the information, he should have had it all along and update what he has when he got the Jhuku the first time around in planet Afyg.
I'm pretty sure if he wanted the Jhuku dead, he should have already done it the first time around. I suspect there's another reason behind this, and maybe something that Oriru Serku is not actually disclosing to us. I will investigate further. Hopefully, FAILTECH will have theri tracking system up in a few hours.

My thought is, this criminal must be one tough s.o.b. if he is able to kidnap the jhuku considering what we know about the kid's physical abilities. I wonder if he tricked him or something.

Here are some more details on what's going on:
Quote:
Well, unfortunately the criminal has not yet been taken care of. It seems he was able to sneak out before Afyg was sent back to the future. Now, he's got the Jhuku. Fortunately, he can't escape Earth. FAILTECH was able to deploy a safety net around Earth the prevent outbound departing crafts. Which also prevent any other craft from departing, such crafts from the European Space Agency, Roscosmos, and China National Space Administration.
FAILTECH reports that their now attempting to track down the criminal, however attempts seem to fail due to some compromise in LAINSY's systems. I will update you all on the status later today. I will have to request some assistance from Oriru Serku, if neccessary.
Hopefully, no one from rest of the world was
n't
planning on launching anything important. XD
Edited due to personal grammar panic.

Dammit, and just when I thought we could make some progress by looking through the older puzzles (which I asked Winston about):
Quote:
Of course, however, that is up to Oriru Serku's discretion. But then, we're having some serious trouble at the moment. It seems the criminal we hoped to have been sent back to the future is here and he's got the Jhuku!

You think I've lost? Too bad, because I've got your dearest Jhuku now! Oh, and your computer systems
are still very much under developed. Oh wait, this is the past... Hah! Attacking the past was one of
my best ideas. Catch me if you can! See you all later!

This is what Winston told me about the puzzle...
Quote:
We don't have much clue about it, yet, and since my connection with Oriru Serku has been re-established, I have asked them for assistance and they say previous Hovago puzzles always had one word answers. Which mean, only one word relates to the entire puzzle. Something that gives the entire puzzle meaning.

I asked Winston about the weird language on the Oriru Serku site ("Nro Yat Shoreli Prakako"):
Quote:
Actually, that's "Nro Shoreli Yat Prakako", that's Vovexil for "We unite and cooperate" which is the motto of Oriru Serku.

Well, if it helps the puzzle's answer boils down to one word. That was according to people I spoke with in Oriru Serku. I'm sure you are aware that the link to Oriru Serku has gone back up. I've had them check previous Hovago puzzles to get more clues how to solve the puzzle.

That's right, Tharol; there is still more to put together before this season ends! \(^_~)d
Unrelated to the recent puzzle, it seems that connection has been established with the Oriru Serku based on their main page.

I shown this friends of mine, and one said the 1s in the middle columns seem to make a line, which points up to nine... Which is like what one line says "up cloud nine" and "make a line" and "one to then"
That's as far as to what I/we have.... Still nothing on what the answer could be...
Anyhow, it's been a while since I checked here, and I almost missed the ending! Which apparently is not yet happening...

I agree with duke9509 that the words look like instructions; maybe what to do with that number box? With consecutive TOP as well as the mention of simple and clever, I was considering wordplay.

I was thinking his purpose is just to hold information until the races in the universe are technologically advanced enough to realize the existence of a catastrophe and act upon it. The Jhuku being sent back into time could be like insurance that the races have the info and can do more at an earlier time compared to before the time when the Jhuku existed. (Although if this is the case, does the very existence of the Jhuku play a role in whatever mistake that persists from the second cycle?)
I'm not sure though since that makes the current future with this Oriru Serku and all the other races defunct. (I have no idea how the time-stuff works in their universe. XD)

I tried reading the words in different orders. Reading down the first and last columns saw some interesting patterns, but nothing truly definitive.
I do find it interesting that the last column reads "this nine then sign then line"
It rhymes and is somewhat coherent. Almost sounds like instructions.

The Jhuku is like a "timecapsule", that's the best translation I could get for your language, where you put information of the past in it only to be recovered at a later date. In our case, he is a timecapsule of information not only of technological advancement and other scientific data, but most importantly details of how the catastrophe developed.
Wait a sec... But the catastrophe hasn't developed, has it? So what purpose is the Jhuku serving now if he hasn't recorded anything about the occurance of the catastrophe?
Also, regarding the puzzle, I was thinking about anagrams, but so far I haven't gotten any results... anyone?

Well guys. Here it is. A final puzzle. Email from Winston...
Quote:
Well, I just had to wait before I had to send you off to do this one last task.
You see, for the Jhuku to be sent to Hovago, we need to contact the Oriru Serku. Unfortunately, the line is till down. It will come up sooner or later, we can wait. However, the Hovago requires a puzzle to be solved so that they can guarantee we are the correct people. I am unaware if Oriru Serku has already solve dthe puzzle, however, on their last transmission they said they haven't figured a way to solve the puzzle, yet.
They have sent me over the puzzle and I have placed the puzzle at
www.oriruserku.org/sakolu
which I myself haven't figured out, yet. Additionally, the Oriru Serku were instructed by the Hovago that the only ones possible to selve this are the old humans whom no strain of advanced DNA has still developed. They say it is a simple puzzle for the simple mind, however, of course, we from the future are no longer "simple" minded. Thus, I seek your assiatnce in cracking this puzzle. I am unaware of what the final result will be, but it should be something simple, and yet clever.
And going to the puzzle...
Code:
#############
# 1 23 90 5 #
# 9 41 10 5 #
# 7 71 13 7 #
# 3 11 15 3 #
#############
ONE TO THIS
UP CLOUD NINE
TOP TOP THEN
YOU AND SIGN
COUNT DO THEN
MAKE A LINE
*sighs* Well everybody. One last time. What does everyone think?
