Was watching the David8 commercial again and noticed several blips and cracks occur in the soundtrack while Fassbender is speaking.
Had a go at analysing them but not my bag really, is there anyone out here good with sound/waveforms that can have a look? I counted at least 8 occurrences, the loudest couple happen around the 14/15 second mark.
Probable they're just recording glitches but seems out of step with the otherwise polish of the ad. Plus there's that Project Prometheus logo at the end.

I was wondering whether those 2 login pages are exactly the same, I saw someone dive in into the java script from the first url, but I don't have the knowledge to do the same for the second url (eridu), or interpret the code.

This is my first shot at an ARG too. So, forgive me if this is stupid.
But, after staring at this for awhile. This looks like a match to me.
Thoughts?

Ok, been lurking around for a while so though I'd chip in!
I'm no further forward with the password, but searching for clues led me to:
Then, when Zeus withheld fire, he (Prometheus) stole it from heaven and delivered it to mortal kind hidden inside a fennel-stalk. As punishment for these rebellious acts, Zeus ordered the creation of Pandora (the first woman) as a means to deliver misfortune into the house of man, or as a way to cheat mankind of the company of the good spirits
So basically, Pandora (she of the box) was created as punishment for Prometheus' actions; and in opening the box:
Quote:
Pandora then lifted the lid of the vessel in which the foresight of Prometheus had concealed all the evils which might torment mortals in life. Diseases and sufferings of every kind now issued forth, but deceitful hope alone remained behind
I've tried a few combinations around Pandora, Fennel, Zeus etc., but no joy - there's just so many possibilities of what the password could relate to!!!
Just a thought but the darker spheres could be a constellation of some sort.
23 spheres (small and big), 15 white, 8 black... No discernible shape whatsoever, but it's static.

The background of weylandindustries.com has a bunch of black and white spheres moving left to right. I thought these could be either Morse code or binary but the ratio of white to black seems pretty high, so maybe not.
Is there some other kind of Semiotic Standard other than the one that appears in Alien, maybe there could be a clue there.
The above link has a bigger and clearer image of this:
Project Prometheus includes the symbols for Pressurized Area, and a reversed image of Airlock.

Well I just checked 58,111 words from the dictionary. None of them worked. I didn't really expect it to, but I thought I'd try. It's more likely a name or number.
Did you just change the password each time or the callback too? They could have it setup to only allow single use callbacks.
Just the password. I don't really know much about databases or js. It was just a fun little waste of time for me.
Also, to RHT1, I posted this earlier about the background:

Background animation...?
I've just been watching the progress so far, and thinking... but thought I'd jump in.. so, anyone have any thoughts on what's up with the background animation on the Weyland site? I think there might be something up.
Everything else is too clean, but once the spheres get to a certain point in the animation there's a multicolored glitch right before it's begins again. Some kind of hidden frequency maybe? There was a lot of that kind of stuff going on in 'Flynn Lives'... just a suggestion.

Me likes to make connections...like in connect the dots.
So, looking up U.S. Patent Number 8,128,899
The Assignee (patent owner) is Guy Rollinger of Luxembourg.
Watch the intro video. You will see that they are a recycling company. Using the process that they have patented. Could this relate to transforming (terraforming) alien worlds into hospitable planets?
Also notice the company logo....kinda looks like one of the Unicode symbols, does it not?
Coincidence? Maybe, maybe not.
The logo is even used as the website's Favicon.
You can see the logo in action by watching the video on this page of that website:
