Image of The Pleiades. I've tried entering the co-ords, the Sumerian name and a few other things, but still nothing.
WHAT?! I don't get it now, I really don't. The only glaringly obvious clue in this whole thing was the number 245409 - this lead to Orion which in turn lead to info about the cosmic call which lead to a whole lot of word that lead to nothing. What the hell do the The Pleiades have to do with any of this now?
What is the common thread between Orion and The Pleiades?
'It's closer than you think?' here's something, Saturn is a ringed planet with many moons. One of the rings is named after Prometheus. Just thought I'd post that bit of trivia.
here's a greek mythology character family tree, just incase it comes in handy now or at a later date

That is a picture of M45 - The Pleiades (The Seven Sisters)
I've tried several combinations of that as the password, but not got in yet

Could be useful.
Also, to all those writing here and proposing ideas: if you tell us about an idea, and you've entered it or any other word as a password, please tell us if it worked or not. We can all save time if we stop entering each others' password ideas that don't work.

I feel like I should mention this quick. Not sure if this has been covered.
Don't remember seeing it.
I was rambling to a friend of mine about all of this and she brought this to my attention.
Seems like it might be useful somehow.
Aquila may be refrencing a date.
● WOW! Signal was detected in August.
● Aquila is the constellation named for the month of August.
● Cosmic Call to HD 245409 will arrive in August 2040

I know some 3D posters were handed out during the WonderCon Prometheus panel. Has anyone taken the time to examine them thoroughly? Maybe there's a clue there.

Also in the Ted video, at 0:51, in the background there is a text on the screen with what looks like an url. But can't make it out.
Though I could be wrong as it has not been confirmed either way as yet (as far as I know).

Been lurking this topic for the last couple of days... and thought to pitch in, so came up with this;
On the timeline page there states 'Module A Content Key'. It can refer to https://www.weylandindustries.com/#/main the little box on the left says 'WCCF-73: Module A'.
The timeline page also refers to Project Prometheus, so tried to login with 'WCCF-73'. But access denied. And refers to Genentech http://www.gene.com/gene/index.jsp, but seems to be a non-fictional company.
On the 'WCCF-73: Module A' page, https://www.weylandindustries.com/#/video it says 'Media archive frequency'. But I can't make up any frequency, maybe the photography flashes have the secret in them? Or the frequency of his voice.
I also noticed 3 orange dots in the 'David 8' video on the right side, which start spinning, also maybe morse?
Also in the Ted video, at 0:51, in the background there is a text on the screen with what looks like an url. But can't make it out.
It appears everything I have just done and posted was futile.
All I did was get to the dev site of a major developer and hassled someone via email.
Oh well, change of angle (again) and on with the investigation LOL

Re: Email...
I originally found this http://dev.evoke.la/ yesterday along with the hidden email. You could actually find it without looking at any of the source. By moving the mouse around it would highlight all of a sudden but that's changed now. Anyway I originally wrote it off as a page we weren't supposed to get to, but went back to it cause it seemed suspicious. If you take "Big things have small beginnings" it would make sense in the way that a Ferret is small. A ferret is also known as "little thief" which is what prometheus is. I already tried a bunch of passwords that had to do with Ferret/Ferritus and thief stuff. Anyway just figured I'd share that.

Think dev.evoke.la may be some sort of hosting site - a quick google search returned http://www.evoke.la/settings.xml as the first result; there are lists of loads of different movies and what looks like links to tie-in games, images etc; but at at the very bottom:
Quote:
WE ARE NOW IGNITION INTERACTIVE pleased to be working on major brands for Corporations, Theatrical, Games, and Home Entertainment, which include complete websites, banner campaigns, games, applications, and promotions for AAA titles in all categories.
Looking through the JS for the sharing stuff on projectprometheus.com I found this:
Quote:
og:description" content="To celebrate fifty years of building better worlds, the Weyland Corporation is embarking on its boldest project yet. Visit http://www.ProjectPrometheus.com to learn more."
meta property="og:image" content="http://dev.evoke.la/var/Fox/Prometheus/projectprometheus/img/pp_sprite.gif"/
And if you visit http://dev.evoke.la/ -- it does seem to have a login of some sort and the word "Ferret" that mysteriously appears.
Ferret didn't work for me, though. Maybe it is just the company running this thing?
Hi all,
Long time lurker, first time poster. I hope I can be of some help in this ARG
Initially I saw this page but thought it was just a DEV version of the website as if you went to http://dev.evoke.la/var/Fox/Prometheus/projectprometheus there was a carbon copy of the login screen we have all been frantically trying to get into.
However, now that link is dead as they have obviously removed it/moved it to a different server location.
I then looked at the route page at http://dev.evoke.la and saw the, above reported, login page.
I was suspicious at the fact that the page was so minimal and looked as though it was thrown together by my 9 year old. Also the ferret image further increased my suspicions as ferrets tend to dig around and hunt for rabbits.
So I decided to do some ferreting of my own.
When I looked at the page source I found an email link despite there being no visible email link on the page and the code was as follows:
Code:
mailto:info@evoke.la?subject= REQUEST FOR FURITTUS.
"Request for the ferret" being the title of the email there is no link to send? Seems ominous.
I went and sent an email and will get back to you if/when I get a response (also tried FURITTUS, Furritus and furritus for the Prometheus Database Password but no luck).
Also, something that may or may not be of interest - when you go to http://evoke.la there is an empty page named "TakeoverMockup" that currently only contains a blank flash file.
Maybe something for the future?
Anyway, I have wasted enough time on something that may not even be relevant and so I'll go just now.
