Well, if I think of what tell abu shahrain is to eridu, then I wonder:
Did the sumerians have a name for Gliese 208, by any chance?

Really nice picture, but that was totally unfair.
I mean, who uses SPACES in their passwords?!
No fair, PMs. No fair.

Maybe. Or, think about it. How did we even land into /eridu? It was merely a coincidence, not a real lead. Until then, /245409 was our only clue. Maybe we ended up there sooner than they expected.
Also I always type the passwords in lowercase, but I don't remember trying "Tell Abu Shahrain". I mostly focused on Sumerian words for constellations and gods. The closest I got to that name was with Shamash, which was a good lead to me, but it didn't work. I got the Winged Sun picture from pages ago based on that lead.

I bet it is a bit more than that.

The image is on top of the login window. I believe this is just a wallpaper for those that get through the password screen...except that they posted it on FB.../sigh.
Observation: If this is a login to a database...why did we just get an image?
Working in databases daily, I just expected this to be a bit more than a desktop image.

Come on, I tried that! I'm positive I did! It was such an obvious one.
Arrgghhhh. Well, I suppose I did'nt try it all lowercase, but damn!
I thought it had been tried and tried again... that's fishy
So wait, are we actually considering that they could have activated that password between today and yesterday?
They would'nt do that, would they?
Ok, well, now at least we know for sure they're two diff. enigmas.

Delurking
Hi all. Thought I'd take a sec to delurk and come out of the shadows.
I'm sure I tried "Tell Abu Shahrain" as far back as SUN on both sites, but I can't be sure I typed it in with actual spaces and no caps. Especially since I was bug eyed yesterday from inputing star coordinates.

Only my word and I could be mistaken although I am almost positive I tried lowercase.

Totally agree!
Dravenz - just pointing out your post on pg 30 is not all lowercase for that password..

sersly
I had tried the Tell Abu Shahrain password a few times yesterday, HOWEVER i was focusing on the 245409 page, not eridu page (I thought they were the same).
Bummerrrr
Also, I think I was capitalizing it, which doesn't seem to work?
Meh

Well I must be losing touch with reality...as you can do the same thing to other photos on the internet in a browser window. And I thought we were on to something else.
