Also I've been looking at this Weyland Employees map and I keep wondering where Antartica is. Wasn't there supposed to have been something done on the poles? I guess I figured there would have been a population down there if we were so technologically advanced.

OK, so this might be a total coincidence, but I put the numbers for the two rarest elements, Eitr(119) and Tridium(627) into the star map at http://www.wikisky.org/ as a HD119627 and it came back with a star in Centaurus.
Have attempted some obvious link names from the Centaurus wiki (Centaurus, AplhaCentauri etc) but nothing has worked so far. Will keep looking at it.

I'd agree that's too big to be a mistake and I too like the idea of the "bad robot". I'd guess that's got more to do with the plot of the film that the plot of this ARG.

There are two versions of the background - an MP4 or an OGV video file. My guess is that this is a compliance issue with the tablet.

I first hit the investors page with my Galaxy 10.1 tablet. After scrolling around, I came across a video icon:
I don't know if this is something valid or not. I did not have the background animation showing on the tablet display, so maybe that's connected here, but why would a play video icon appear in place of the animation..?

I'm inclined to agree; there are two download jpg's, and the discrepancies in the investinyourfuture.jpg were obvious, but I have scanned the financial report numerous times now and nothing is appearing, so if there is clues there, they are not going to be found by comparing the web/jpg data.

I'm pretty sure we are looking at some manner of star chart, but I do not recognize the pattern shown. I was an avid amateur astronomer in the late 90's and had half the sky memorized at one point, but I'm rusty and honestly, I confined my viewing to Winter constellations in the northern hemisphere.
Xenomporphs got nothing on Everglades Salt Marsh Mosquitoes, dude.
There's also an entire hemisphere down south, although in the context seen here, I'm pretty sure the ARG is confined to Northern constellations.
Matching that pattern shown above is kinda like uh..looking for a needle in a stack of needles. Not impossible, but very, very tedious. I'd start with Orion and work my way out.
Google Sky can safely be abandoned as a reasearch tool:
