Would it be possible to clean up the images of the little symbols above each element on the left, and fit the same symbols on the right into a coherent grid? That might help us understand what we're looking at.

haven't spent much time on this after my last post. but thought it worth noting that there's a space between words on the top line: ELLLA EIILL the second line appears to be mirroring the top line up until it gets truncated by the sphere and extended the dash: ELLLA if these are phonemic (pronunciations) of 'foreign' words, then here's a few things up for more speculation: ella eile ella - (spanish) she. one from heaven, (german) all, "Ella is a Norman form of the Germanic name Alia, which comes from an element meaning "other; foreigner." (source link below) eile - other, another, second, beyond (scottish gaelic) sources: http://www.irishgaelictranslator.com/translation/topic89331.html http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/eile http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/ella and the footer looks like a longboat ship at times where you play with the levels. lastly, as another possibility, the resource key items with the dots above them could be linked. the highlighted letters C, Co, Cu have other coloured pixels which may or may not be significant in telling us how to adjust the levels. Voyager?
Well- from left field. @PrometheusUK retweeted a Nasa Voyager 2 tweet saying the distance that Voyager 1 now is from earth. Looking at the website for Voyager, I see a description of the disc that was recorded with contact info for any aliens that might find it. On the disc are greetings, : " beginning with Akkadian, which was spoken in Sumer"
This is Voyager's site: http://voyager.jpl.nasa.gov/spacecraft/goldenrec.html Now, I don't see how we would have gotten that from other info so far, so maybe it's just the UK account blathering.
