Perhaps, if there's already something strange going on with the Pionner (not sure if that's PM error for "Pioneer" or purposeful) traveling through time, Cliffside is a company started by the stranded future-FAILTECH people after being sent even further back. That would explain "we were there and itallstarted" and how they somehow perfected HTS. Cliffside could have saved the date of the initial incident and is now pointing to their digital distress call to try and avoid that fate. Just some ponderings.

I read through it and isn't DONSTAND very very familiar? Isn't Fred Don, Fredrick DONSTAND? Is it possible Charles and Fredrick are related?

If they tie together like this (knots) instead of a big tangle, I'm all for the various threads! *_* Based on what was in the source code of Cliffside, it seems like Cliffside might be related to whatever is going on with Micael Ajax (whether directly or off-shoots of something bigger maybe).

Seems he's captain of a spaceship, is from the future, is human, and is trying to contact a Charles Donstand. Too many people and threads -- hopefully these all tie in together somehow??

That's funny you mention that duke because one of the hospitals (Hennepin County Medical Center) I actually mentioned to Althea back when we were undercover employees! I had told her:

Woohoo. Good job Posse. Brings back memories. Hmmm. HTR Agent again huh? If I remember correctly, the last time Failtech tried to use it, it couldn't control it. Why do I get the feeling that we are going to have to try to stop a zombie apocalypse or a plague to end all plagues or something along those lines? Failtech discontinued work on that project for good reason. You would think with all of Failtech's protocols and security that this sort of thing wouldn't happen. But then again, we started out infiltrating the company as "new employees" and we got people to trust us enough to get level 7 security clearance.

I dusted off my old microphone and RX-SSTV program and tried to see if I could look at the file. Unfortunately, it's late and maybe I have my settings a little goofy, this is the best I can do for now and hopefully someone will take a look at it later? If not I'll try and tackle it again tomorrow. I'll post the image that I've got but I think you can see that for some reason I get a nasty green/pink stripe -- gotta fix that later.

I'll say hi to the Rifter again, although feel free to ask as well if you think it's relevant; he might not be so warm with me after my sudden stop in communication . It seems that I had nothing to fear so far.
