Wow, a lot of stuff happened while I was at work today.
Last night I sent a message to the reddit account asking if 37 59 36 23 42 42 was where we could find Wallace. Unfortunately it seems Ayden was in control of the account then and this was the reply:

EDIT: it reminds me of something like coney island (notice the pier and the fact the shot was taken on a boat/ out on the water somewhere
