How did you come up with those combinations? If you can tell me where you got them I might be able to figure out how they'd work on the enigma program.

For what? The rotor type or the initial position?
Also, for anyone else trying to decode this with the enigma I just tried the setting and also using the plugboard to connect K and T. No dice. And I got so excited when I thought of that.

As a quick note, I DASH II DASH III MCK AAA, by itself isn't a message at all. Rather, it's the setting you use on an enigma machine to decode this message:

Mm, could be, but I suspect that the insult has to do with the actual words in the acronym and that this is a hint as to what CEYT(K)O might stand for.
