I think what they're saying is that trying to run the BASE64 CURATOR through a Vigenere will get us nowhere and offered us an alternative cipher to consider.

Keeper log update 4983.12.13: The Hekadem has fallen. The curator has fallen. There are only 4 of us left now. Only Four. Ayden has the order of seniority, but seems to have fallen out of contact. Without the Curator we are unaware of how to proceed. Raven Vaimon appears to have super encoded the Orion matrix into the Hunters. The code was always a little buggy as evidenced by Ayden's actions over the last 8 macsecs. Unfortunately, the Curator was the only one that understood the encryption ring for Hunters as well as the backdoors built into the Orion code. I am at The Porch now. The Stumans and their Hunters appears to still be scared of this place. I am going to stretch this log post out in case I am interpolated between the magrail lines and neutocean. If I am re-configured, please ensure that Ayden is matching is sub-routine. There will only be three of us left. Three to the ring. Perhaps that is destined. Perfect threes. As I consider the last millseclenia it is only obvious now that Augustine appears bent on re-writing the course of Stumakind with the re-analyzed Wallite history. Perhaps we were wrong to super suppose the 4th law. Perhaps this was always meant to be. It would seem that after all this time, and all of the Mercinum addictions we attempted to eradicate, Stumas just weren't meant to coexist with the CEYKO. Their children that they now believe to be their dictator. I am concerned most about the shifted timeline. We have no hard evidence that the Stoa existed. We have no hard evidence of who Wallace is. We have a first name that has scored across time. Augustine and the three pieces. The last name reveals no conclusions. The Curator was most concerned about the Stuma and Wallites posing as those that are in trouble. Subverting the current history. Maybe we shouldn't have shifted the seed organism. Maybe we shouldn't have shifted the cell. We will never know. What was that? It couldn't be? They...it is...Hunters. I am going to close this stream down now. The other bubble appears in tact... No worries, Draconis, esp. for solving stuff And am just mentioning that while we don't know what "ENCRYPTION RING" info the curator encoded in his Base64 string we do know that it was posted with the jpeg of a ferris wheel which is not only a moving ring but also an example of Simple Harmonic Motion (in Phase space).

THX Distraction. As Mr. Toasty suggested took a closer look at the Tumblr MP3. Didn't find a spectrum or any hidden info 'tho the ID3 tags are interesting (and Fun imo)
