Whatever happens, don't let Wallace burn the lab down, it is far too important to this new timeline, especially considering that—
it's probably all just in my head (long story pertaining to stuff outside unfiction), but i worry that i come off as trying to boost my ego or gain attention through my posts. i just want to put it out there that i'm not trying to boost my ego or get attention through the ideas/thoughts/etc. that i post.
The painted Porch was located on the north side of the Ancient Agora of Athens. This Stoa was the location from which Zeno of Citium taught Stoicism. Stoicism takes its name from having first been expounded here, and was derived from the Greek word Stoa. Zeno taught and lectured to his followers from this porch.
If the IG Stoa derive their name/values from this Greek philosophy then they're likely to be a reasonable group b/c Stoics valued the use of reason and tended to avoid conflicts. This is a purely speculative reference b/c we don't know exactly who they are in the game. Am just mentioning this b/c it's a lil slow atm.
If I remember correctly, wasn't somebody saying something about Porch being lost? Possibly this porch is one in the same? It fits if the stoa stoics reference is true.

Yaha, a really good point, Distraction (& nice work on the "Kinetin" research). They all have a long history together. Of course, am happy to play along with whatever the operator calls me **but I have no dog in this fight** & am still hoping we learn more about the history of the Stoa resistance of whom the Curator (miss him) said:

Okay, So everything I've read thus far indicates that they CALL us the Stoa. Basically, We are the Stoa. Thats just their name for us. We don't know what role we play, But at least now we'll know when they're referring to us. .
Actually it's the Stoa resistance, which..to me...signifies resisting something...perhaps CEYKOs and stumans? So we are part of a movement, not just merely a label. That is the role we will play.
And Wallites? I think they are just followers of Wallace. Which brings up a good point...what exactly is this conflict about?

Okay, So everything I've read thus far indicates that they CALL us the Stoa. Basically, We are the Stoa. Thats just their name for us. We don't know what role we play, But at least now we'll know when they're referring to us. Also, I vote we stop pissing off the operator, because we must be giving him the impression that we do't know anything. I don't think we need to worry about the mechanic for now. Wallace has been eerily silent, seeing as he had his first day at work yesterday. I'm going to keep an eye out and post as soon as he does. Also, Wallites? Why do I have a feeling we won't like it when they show up.............

A Sang Arm
A Sang Arm can be rearranged to spell Anagrams. So it is entirely possible that they are a key to something.
:sigh: seems we are in a holding pattern..yeah? I'm still trying to figure out a correlation between the pictures in the first YouTube video.
It's also Monday. Was kinda expecting a post from Wallace about his new job.

There are lists of aerospace engineers, perhaps wallace is among them?

I think we are ok..but would feel better if I knew what the frak a mimix was. I should add that to my little who-what-when cheat sheet...
So, Wallace's name has something to do with nautics. My question is this...nautic how? By sea? Or by air? Like spaceship air?

Response to the question about acronyms:
Quote:
FLASH TRANSMISSION FROM THE OPERATOR STOP AS A MEMBER OF THE STOA RESISTANCE STOP THE ACRONYMS ARE ONLY IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND YOUR ENEMY STOP CEYKO IS THE ORIGINAL TERM CONFLATED BY DR GUSTUS VAIMON AND STANDS FOR CYBERNAUTICALLY ENGINEERED YTTRIUM KINETIN ORGANISM STOP CEYTO IS A RALLYING CRY BY THE WALLITES AND STANDS FOR CEYKONAUTS ENGINEER YOUR THINKING INTO OBSOLESCENCE STOP THE LIBRARIAN ALWAYS STATED THAT THE STUMANS DIDN'T UNDERSTAND ACRONYMS DUE TO THE EXTRA I STOP WE HOPE THE STOA DON'T HAVE THE SAME ISSUE STOP CONTACT WITH THE MECHANIC HAS BEEN FULLY SEVERED STOP TRUST IS NOT AT ISSUE AS RECONFIGURATION MEANS REINDEXING THE MIMIX STOP AYDEN STILL NOT ABLE TO BE LOCATED STOP WALLACE IS BELIEVED TO BE ORIGINALLY NAMED SOMETHING ELSE THAT INVOLVES THE NAUTICS STOP CURRENT YEAR OF OPERATOR IS OF NO CONSEQUENCE TO THE STOA FULL STOP
And for easier reading:
Quote:
Transmission from the Operator:
As a member of the STOA resistance, the acronyms are only important to understand your enemy. CEYKO is the original term conflated by Dr. Gustus Vaimon and stands for Cybernautically Engineered Yttrium Kinetin Organism. CEYTO is a rallying cry by the Wallites and stands for CEYKO-nauts Engineer Your Thinking into Obsolence. The Librarian always stated that the Stumans didn't understand acronyms due to the extra "I". We hope the STOA don't have the same issue.
Contact with the Mechanic has been fully severed. Trust is not at issue as reconfiguration means re-indexing the mimix. AYDEN still not able to be located. Wallace is believed to be originally named something else that involves the nautics.
Current year of Operator is of no consequence to the STOA.
A reply to another states that sending these transmissions is a resource drain, and that we will just have to wait for their next transmission.
I take it that we need not worry about the Mechanic going rogue then?

At least for right now i dont think we HAVE a part. Were catalysts. Thats it. Sort of like watchers. But if it comes to sides, im goin for wallace. Ayden doesnt make sense more than half the time. Yes hes adorable, but so are puppies and so far thats all he is. A puppy. And i cant talk to puppies

The problem with that is that i doubt we're going to get any straight answers. Ayden's a little out of it, and the Operator doesn't have time to transmit detailed info.
