@zeighy:
There is only one thing that needs correcting and that's is that we know someone else has it. I'm just not sure if it's Nox Ordo or not since Espina hasn't emailed me in awhile.
On the other hand it seems things are coming to a head. New email from Nathan:
Quote:
Also, instead of hitting around the bush, we really need to know his exact location. Things are getting desperate. We've got some intel that the other people who may have the other biohazard is on the move for their attack, or something like that. IF we can apprehend him, we could probably ask him personally.

I finally freed up some time for the holidays... I could possibly update some things see how I could help out...
Ok, so far what I understand:
1. Fred Don, needs us for his collection... Yes? That's my best guess based on what he's focused on and things on his side...
2. Cliffside's problem is about the stolen biohazard thing that this J. Espina guy is holding... And it appears there might be someone already using it?
3. Nox Ordo might be associated with the biohazard theft.
4. Shadow Guild (Patrice Heinz's organization; finally we have a name for it!) is or will help Nox Ordo in their plan.
5. LAINSY is compromised.
6. Genus, Kaido (Rifter), Patrice, Inno, and the crew of the stolen ship are missing or AWOL. Including the still AWOL Nox Ordo contacts we had.
7. There is some interest in the Teleportation system. I remember one time they had to turn it off or something because it seem to have caused some earthquakes in certain areas?
That's as much I could get at the top of my head. Anything I'm missing or got wrong?

Sorry, that would be me. I posted awhile back that Espina had given me a set of questions that a search of the forums had provided nothing about.
This was about the Satus Novus, and the other was about A-22.
Alex, and Nathan had no idea so when zeighy said the itallstarted website was back up I assumed that the future may know.
Anyways this is the email from Espina about the use for the stolen agents.
Quote:
The known use I know is for infiltration purposes. No definitive if they'll use it directly or as a distraction, or both. It may completely be not used for that at all. I'm just a middleman.
I sent the new update of info for Satus Novus to Espina so I should have my other question asked. I did query into the possible reason for the interest into Satus Novus.
I had updated Alex about the artifact and his response was:
Quote:
Thanks. I guess we'll have to start looking for this Satus Novus and that sounds like is inside some sort of container... Keep me updated. I'll keep track of this Mayflower thing. I think we're walking on a tight rope knowing what's ahead of us already.
That's about it on my end.

I asked questions regarding the pioneer... And the where I asked him to "remind" me about the project
EDIT: coincidentally, isn't it that around this time period a descendant of Fred Don is the head of FAILTECH as stated by the captain of the Pioneer?

Hey, who asked about the "Satus Novus" artifact? How'd you come across that name? That Vrynnandt Shcherbakov guy on the http://www.itallstarted.com/ site has the ask page up and running again and someone asked about it. I mentioned the artifact to Alex and he said that Fred Don is busy looking at artifacts:
Alex Sword wrote:
Anyway, Don was indeed particularly interested in the artifacts. He has been going through them in past weeks since we acquired Duo Corp. Those artifacts were properties of Trofeu Properties before they merged with Hall Investments to form Duo Corp. Trofeu could have earned a whole lot if they sold those artifacts, but they kept it with them in the company as a company asset. So then, Duo Corp then owned those artifacts after Merging.
And now, since FAILTECH "owns" Duo Corp, those artifacts are now properties of FAILTECH. Duo Corp hasn't really been all that successful in the past decade which made them sell themselves to FAILTECH. Ironically, Hall Investments (the other company the merged with Trofeu to form Duo Corp) was the lead investor and supporter of FAILTECH from the beginning. And both Trofeu and Hall had been around for generations.
I don't know much about the particulars of the artifacts, but Don seemed very interested in them. I think he might have actually agreed on acquiring Duo Corp (despite Duo Corp being less profitable in its area of business) for those artifacts alone without any regard for any actual business benefits. Maybe you can ask him around regarding those artifacts. It is indeed quite a huge collection of things. Some of which are of significant historical value. Think of it like having your own mini museum, a private museum... Filled with things that has never been viewed in public, or seen by any archaeologists, paleontologists, and so on.
However when I asked Fred Don about the Satus Novus he's never heard of it. I don't think FAILTECH knows about it yet:
Fred Don wrote:
Of course there are. It is quite a handful and I am picking out items that may need your assistance. I do not know which is the Satus Novus, however, I wonder who or where you've heard about it. Did Alex tell you about it? This is a private collection and there hardly has been anyone to look at it aside from the executives of Duo Corp and the previous executives of Trofeu, and also the current executives of FAILTECH.
Oh dear me, no wonder I haven't recieved an email from that address. lol
So that's where you get the key "one". If you look a page back I gave the decoded document and there's a filepath you have to follow at noxordosystem. It's at phasetwo/cipher.
I suppose your supposed to contact the email address and wait for the email for another cipher or whatnot.
Well hopefully we can expect an email soon!
I've been talking with Espina and getting more information. I think I have a rough theory on what he might be up to. As I'm pretty sure Espina must be part of Nox Ordo or the Shadow guild. Here are some of the emails I've been sending back and forth.
Quote:
1. Item taken from Cliffside is the "TRA-21" or the magic potion Cliffside offers to local hospital to aid huma tissue regeneration. Also known as HTR Agent within FAILTECH. In fact TRA-21 was from failtech, stolen by cliffside and then revised and improved.
2. It is still in my possession. However, I am not the only one with them. A total of 22 containers were stolen and I only have 7. That is on top of the stolen programming module and antidote source.
Quote:
According to the people LAINSY said Espina contacted it looks strong that Espina may be working for Nox Ordo or the Shadow Guild.
Now please take this as heresay on my part as this is a worst case scenario.
But is it possible that Nox Ordo stole the HTR agent to reverse engineer it to the foxr-b agent, and then use that to attack a FAILTECH facility?
I ask this because he asked 2 questions. I assume the facility queston was bogus since I gave him no description about it. The two important one's were:
1. A description about the Foxr-b agent
2. The secondary access point to the EGS system.
I felt that this was important enough to at least punt this to you just in case.
I'm hoping I'm just being a crazy paranoid person, but Nathan Book confirmed it's possible.
Quote:
Is it possible they could reverse engineer the agent to a more deadly form?
Well, it is programmable so it is possible at it's current state alone.
He asked two more questions when I asked where the remaining samples left and what they were to be used for. Sadly a search didn't turn up anything in the forum so I queried LAINSY.

Okay I haven't really done much, I've just been asking some people some annoying questions but not really getting anywhere. But here's something I figured out. In the file that zeighy picked up, there was a string of numbers:
Quote:
3:44:09:1
I thought it might have had something to do with the book cipher of the message, but maybe that's not all. If you pop 344091 into the Nox Ordo phone system (250-800-2669), you get a message!
Quote:
Objective 1 completion confirmed.
To proceed, one must walk the path of light.
One must count their steps.
One must listen again and again.
One must know the code of the Prophets.
One must be the only and true.
End of message. Confirm completion of next objective. Your next access code will be provided.
Not really sure what to do from here, but hopefully that helps us get somewhere?

He was just asking for a "description". I had been conversing with Alex and he was not saying much just giving me "Emily Rain". So I decided the PM's didn't want me having info so I just emailed him and he accepted my answers. I have a feeling Espina knew about the facility and was seeing if I would make up information about it.
Anyways I got the information Nathan was wanting. Anyways I'll add some emails to this post from Alex and Lainsy (I've been a busy bee.)
Quote:
LAINSY: Specific query "Joshua Espina" yielded ZERO results. A similar search previously performed with the query string of "J. Espina" yielded 2 results and as follows
J. Espina has been recorded to have visited Conrad Valesco in January 27, 2011 at the Atlanta, Georgia, USA office. Purpose of visit unknown.
J. Espina has been recorded to have visited Eunice Heinz in February 4, 2011 at the North Eastern Sector Office in New York City, New York, USA. Purpose of visit unknown.

Okay so what's the question about the Mount Pearl Facility? Because I have come across it, but I don't know whether it's technically IG or not -- it's from the novel that the PM/Writer is publishing. A few players got advanced copies of the 1st part for reviewing/comments. If you've got one of these copies, it's mentioned in Chapter 9.
Basically Mount Pearl is a FAILTECH facility. In the book, I think Emily Rain worked there and that's where 45459/Jhuku was kept (the events in the book from what I understand are prior to when the facility was broken into and the Jhuku went on the run).
I don't know whether the Mount Pearl facility is actually at Mount Pearl or not -- being that FAILTECH has a big Canada presence, I wouldn't be surprised.

So just to bring this to everyone's attention.
I got a set of questions from Espina in response to my email. Seems like he's testing me for information and to see if I'm lying.
There is one specific question that seems to be vague.
Does anyone remember any information about the "Mount Pearl Falcility"?
Dan says that he heard it from us and Genus, but a search over unforums proved fruitless on that count so I wanted to check in with you guys to see if you can give me any "description" about it.
I've also got in re-contact with Alex as he's still available. It's funny as he does know about the Mount Pearl Facility so I decided to push for info if noone can remember any info on it.

So I'm going to call foul play on my part so I hope someone can hopefully put this puzzle to rest.
I figured that the "Final Act. Second Chapter" referred to a book cipher with the numbers below. Sadly there are a ton of books with the name "The Final Act", but when I viewed the text I noticed quite a few repeating patterns which usually means the key is small compared to the text.
So I went to rumkin. Since "hui" repeates itself a few times that made me suspect it might be a "the" or "and". Putting the first on as "the" cracks the whole thing.

Hey guys!
So I managed to reach Dan, and he told me about this intercepting a message in Toronto, since I live close the area.
We've managed to arrange a time and day, it was yesterday (Friday) afternoon. So I met up with a guy, who declined to be named or to be taken a picture of. He gave me a floppy. Above all things, some ancient storage technology.
Anyhow, I called a few friends and fortunately there was one who still has a working floppy drive.
There was only one file inside and is attached.
There's a coded message that I have no clue to decode. I assume the way to decrypt it is on the other things that popped up yesterday as well.
Time for me to sleep guys! I just got home from going around places.
EDIT: Welcome back punxtr! Glad to see you around again! Hopefully things get back on pace around here.
My card told me I have slot 04949. I went to the link, and logged in using "require:arctechone" as ID and Password. It brought me to a page with "04949 true private 777"--I haven't seen that mentioned anywhere else.
I called +16197223245, and entered my new five-digit slot number. It told me the bit about the Hex and Roman numerals, so I determined my password to be "ii". I decoded the agent transmission myself just for kicks, and got the same information--2273. I used the PIN, and now I'm awaiting further instructions. Now that my technological handicap is out of the way, I feel a lot more caught up with this ARG.
However, I don't know enough about Nox Ordo, and many of the contacts in the last three to six months at all. I see Nox Ordo desires a six-digit number, which perhaps I missed out on by not infiltrating (?) it earlier, or by interacting with it in any way.
Basically, it's good to be back!

The number is safe. It's the Nox Ordo System. Says to retrieve your objective enter your six digit access code.
Also Mr. Espina is starting to look more suspicous. Here's to hoping I can gain his trust.
