I know nothing about westerns, but the coat on this one seems to be a match.

I just watched a painfully bad movie I got from the library, so you had better hope i'm wrong.

I got a free sandwich toaster after collecting four Jarlsberg cheese vouchers. Thought I'd throw that one in there...

I got confused and started looking for Westerns shot in Wisconsin (because where else in the States would the cheese be free?). But now, since I'm pretty sure you don't live in Spain, Rogi, you must live in California (or possibly Nevada), right?

This is like Mecca for conservationists; so, no... Not even the outhouse survived. There is a bunch of broken glass still around, though; On the foot trail that was the main street.
There's a geocache on the site with homages to the flick.

Edit to add: JumboTron. I live just a bit more than an hour from that filming location and go there a couple times every year. When the water level is low, it's like an alien planet.

Aye, that it be. Plus it be our 1138th movie! Which is what I was hinting at.

(Rogi, I didn't see you post it as a guess, if that's what you meant. And if you weren't up to date on our movie count, that's a pretty sweet coincidence. Interesting you forgot about the rampant baldness for a minute, though, because that's one of the few things I always remember about this movie.)

sorry, friends, i've been up to my eyeballs in a project all week and will be similarly occupied for few more days. The last few rounds that I looked in on were too hard for me to even make guesses, so I didn't think I was missing anything by taking a week off. Maybe i'll have better luck next week. You probably won't believe this; but, prior to The Ring being guessed on the last one, I posted this one as a guess and then remembered that nobody had any hair and deleted it.

ETA: Or... maybe somebody saw something they shouldn't have and that's what this is all about.
