I'll give you a big clue. It's NOT a Halloween film. It was just by accident I grabbed stills that were in season so I ran with it.

In the cauldron pic I also seem to detect the reflection of a girl (Judy-Garland-in-the-Wiz-type) Wearing a striped apron or dress.
