The wallpaper in the movie Lucky Number Slevin is quite memorable. I recommend it as a great movie to watch - you'll be surprised at the end. I think the title held it back, it has great acting and a great story.
Now for a clue:

I'm pretty certain that isn't a bond movie, as that looks to be a TWC (Towson Watch Company) watch and from Goldeneye onwards Bond always wears an Omega Seamaster watch (more on the interesting Bond Gadget Watch History here).
However searching the web for movies with TWC watches does not prove very easy.. It's not a current model, so by my guess it must be one specifically designed for a movie, most likely set in the near future. But man that rotating seconds bit does look familiar.

Can't help but associate this with a Bond movie.
Just the last 3 as a guess:
The World Is Not Enough (1999)
Die Another Day (2002)
Casino Royale (2006)

The irony is that last time I came very close to posting stills from Manos Hands of Fate, a movie that received the MST3K treatment.
I'll look around if i can steal some time from work, else look for a movie when I get home.

What to do, what to do? First of all, let me assure you that the stills are definitely from a theatrically released movie, not a TV-show. Which means that, although the correct answer is pretty much already there, technically the correct movie hasn't been guessed.
So, I guess I'll pass the torch to the first person to spell out the title of the movie (with a major 'assist'-credit going to Randomeis). Alternatively - if you think I'm being too technical - Randomeis is very welcome to take it from here.
