Been doing some more off-color research that may or may not help in the future, but it can't hurt. Here's what I've turned up.
------
About Eric:
Eric [David?] Hachlinski is definitely a real person. He seems to have lived around the Detroit area/ Michigan in general for a while. He was born in 1974, probably sometime in June.
There is a Carol Hachlinski, which seems to be his mother, aged 64, and I think a younger sister named Erin. While I have their address and number, I won't post it here because it's unneeded. His mother's, however, is listed as one of his residences.
There's a handful of possible addresses that
this search turned up. The phone and addresses aren't needed; we've already been in contact with Eric. It's just a verification that he lives in Michigan, relatively near Detroit, which seems to be an important location.

The counter in the source:
We've noted that there is an awkward counter which
possibly adds eleven. It does, in fact. 6op1libra.com, highfivegame.com, and midnightcreative.com (cached version) all share this. It uses "statsmachine" which creates a variable and keeps track of the count internally, and when the person using that in their page enters "mycount" into the HTML, it retrieves that data for them.
However, it does this for each hit. Which means each of our hits counts as a
lot more to the site.
Here's why and how:
mycount = mycount + 11;
document.write(mycount)
The page gets the number from "src="http://www.statsmachine.com/cgi-bin/counter.cgi?694|69481" and then basically says, "Okay, add eleven to yourself to display on my page. Then, take that number and overwrite it to the statsmachine variable." This means that when "mycount" is grabbed again on the next reload, it has the "false" number written as the "real" number, sort of. Here's a quick illustration.
First visit:
Real hits: 1
Mycount now = 1
[Source code tells it to add 11]
Shown hits on the page: 12
[Cource code tells it to rewrite what was previously "1" as "1+11," or "12"]
Mycount now = 12.
Second visit:
Mycount now =12
[Source code tells it to add 11]
Shown hits on the page: 23
[Cource code tells it to rewrite what was previously "12" as "12+11," or "23"]
Mycount now = 23.
This continues for really high counts.
-------
Similarly, it seems the code for the cached midnightcreative.com was used to make the other two sites, but wasn't edited well. Which explains why when you look at the source, there's a bunch of excess brackets and tags.
-------
I called the First Street Deck. Fliers are apparently pretty common there. Most of them are for events that are downtown, and he hasn't heard of the 6op 1 Libra or anything like it.
