Went through the movie and these are the "technical" things he says about the cameras.

"Camera number 2 has separate lens. Taken a converter and put it to the lens, so we can see ____ hopefully.
Camera number one is the simple design. Our black box with intel. Two caps. A transfer laid wire, kind of a neutral wire just in case. Setup going to the hard drive then going back to the computer. So we can display ______. Here is the IO card that we designed and its running straight through the tape deck into the IO ports of the camera."

He does not say anything when the screaming starts

He is working on a camera for *beep* labs... he is describing what he has done to the camera and points to an I/O card connected to a tape deck... That's when the scream comes...

The whole movie is of his workstation in front of his monitor with a whole bunch of computer stuff I don't know what it is... a big blue thing with "gary" or "cary" on it...a pair of pliers, a calculator... what looks like a fan to a computer?

I am not good at pics and movie stuff so someone jump in at any time.

And nextday, what kind of stuff was Jeff saying when he was explaining how it should work? If he was talking about any special frequencies or any new kind of equipment or anything remotely engineering/physics related, I may be able to figure out what it does, or is supposed to do.

Basically its a video made by Jeff while he was still working at the lab. JB edited it for us because there are bleeps every time Jeff says the name of the laboratory he works for and when he says what they are studying.

Jeff explains that he has been working on a camera, and he made 2 of them. One is just a prototype hooked up through his computer and the second one is the finished model. He begins to explain how it should work but does not give any information away as to what it is supposed to do. Towards the end of the video you hear a scream and Jeff says "Oh Shit" and then the video cuts out and the audio continues to scream really loudly. Definitely the creepiest video so far...

as for the video, still downloading it, it's big. 142.9MB. I don't know if I can convert it or not, maybe someone else can, but I might be able to upload it to youtube for you, if no one else can convert it for you.

Last known project video? Like the project that Jeff was working on that I've been trying to get information about every single time I talk to Jeff or Steve? That's just great. Okay, so the link that shows up on the /file.htm page titled Tripoli City leads me to believe that the file is, almost definitely, a map of Tripoli City with maybe some more coordinates to where Jeff should go with his camera. Did Jeff ever go to Duane Arnold? Considering nuclear power plants are like, super high security, Jeff cannot simply walk into Duane Arnold. (LOTR, lol. I'm sorry. Haha.)
Also, did anyone decode the comment that was left in Jeff's blog? I couldn't find it in the thread. It could be a hint to the password.

EDIT: Just got this email from Steve. Since I don't have that advanced cypher program (accursed mac) can someone decode it for me?
