Yeah, that one is tough. I was listening to it backwards a whole bunch of times getting nothing. I finally just listened to it again forwards and actually started hearing things. Just like nexyday, the only things I could figure out were at the beginning and the end. It's just too muddled in the middle. The only difference in what I hear is

"believe it or not, they are". Instead of "believe it or not I want to help you"

Not really that big of a difference, I just didn't hear enough syllables for that many words. I could easily be wrong though.

Great solve on the coordinates! That was awesome! It seems we are getting closer and closer to where Jeff clearly has to go.

Alright...I am wigging out right now. My room-mate and I are trying to figure out this audio file on the new video. While trying to extract the audio we found an audio file hidden in the video source code. It does not say much more then we already know but it is still fun to find.

Also we are working hard on cracking the real audio file. Its hard though because it is reversed and re-reversed and it also sounds like more then one person is talking. I'm not sure but I will get back to you with more later.

Thats what I got after I deciphered it anyway. The coordinates are backwards, so after you switch them and look up the coordinates, the first set is the coordinates to the Power Plant. The second is in China, but I made the longitude negative like the first one and it gave me the coordinates to "Palo Marsh". I think we have found what Marsh Jeff needs to make a trip to. Laughing

Editx2 - I am attaching the audio files that I have messed with. The first is the original just in case anyone wants to mess with it from the beginning.

The second is the last few seconds of the video that I was messing with.
I am spoiling what I think it says so I do not influence anyone's thoughts. Maybe someone can get a better listen, becuase I am exhausted now...

I second that, faeryqueen. Gives me the creeps. Unfortunately, my lack of any decent audio equipment prevents me from doing anything useful. And jenni42ld, I'm sure that if you got into contact with Jeff or Steve you could be a HUGE help if Des Moines is anywhere near Cedar Rapids. Very Happy

That is some creepy sounding stuff. I'll reverse it and see if I can find anything but it might be too dirty for me to get anything. Someone else with some nice audio may need to clean it up, but I'll try my bestest!

New video and blog post up guys. Jeff says he is feeling better but some really odd things happen towards the end of the video. It sounds like there is another audio file that we need to clear up.

I think Jeff has been busy with moving out of his place, but I know he is always taking video. If he finds something interesting, I'm sure he will post it. I'm just hoping nothing too crazy happens tonight when he takes that "medicine".
