Sylvia. This is a secret message from Nate (in the source code of the "Speak no Evil" Monkey picture he posted this morning.
We're assuming he's telling us about another place to meet with him (that his boss's won't know about).
The first part with the latitude and longitude turned out to be coordinates that put the map dot flat on a building with an obvious letter shape: COEUS.
The second part of the message is being solved below.

So, is that the word we are suppose to email to randomknowledge or is it a new blog for Nate. What have you all figured out?

And for those who did not have the benefit of being in chat and find this non-obvious, take the latitude from the first group, longitude from the second. So, first coordinate is (52.4012, 13.013109).

In chat we figured out his method.
Post the coordinates on a satellite image map and the roofs of the buildings appear to be letters.
taking what enaxor gave us in chat, i'll elaborate on how that was reached, then give my ultimate solution:

LETS COUNT FIFTEEN THIRTYTHREE DIVIDED BY NEGATIVE ANSWER
2,1 = C - COUNT
3,5 = E - FIFTEEN
5,5 = D - DIVIDED
8,1 = A - ANSWER
4,8 = H - THIRTYTHREE
(assuming an error in the phone number, the word would be CEDAR, but it doesn't matter for the final answer below)
617 555 9117
FISHING SALMON IN THE DEVOUT YELLOW HIDEOUT AT NIGHT
6,1 = Y - YELLOW
7,5 = O - HIDEOUT
5,5 = U - DEVOUT
9,1 = N - NIGHT
1,7 = G - FISHING
932 555 1972
DRIFTWOOD BEACH IS MY PENPALS FAVORITE DESTINATION FOR REST
9,3 = S - REST
2,5 = H - BEACH
5,5 = A - PENPALS
1,9 = D - DRIFTWOOD
7,2 = E - DESTINATION
332 555 4911
KEYS REACH SECRETS BOUNTIFUL REPEATS
3,3 = C - SECRETS
2,5 = H - REACH
5,5 = A - REPEATS
4,9 = L - BOUNTIFUL
1,1 = K - KEYS
Given that, I leap to:

CEDAH
YOUNG
SHADE
CHALK
taking the diagonal, or indexing
1,1 = C
2,2 = O
3,3 = A
4,4 = L
for the solution of COAL
and now to try emailing that somewhere...

This may or may not be a solve or partial sovle...

by breaking up the numbers in pairs, and using the first number as word count , and second as letter count. I can make four words from each recording. 1. CEDAR 2. YOUNG 3. SHADE 4. CHALK. The fourth letter in each word anagrams to LAND, but no clue if that's what we are looking for.
* the above answer for number one, only works if you make thirty-three one word, and if the last 2 numbers are 49 not 48.
