Thanks... maybe I'll give it a call later. I'm too tired to think clearly right now...
But when I do call I'll let them know about my recipes are described as intellectually stimulating by 9/10 Mensa members.

I just called the number again, planning to leave a voicemail stating my interest in a job.
After two rings, a woman picked up.
"Hello, thank you for calling Holomove, how can I help you?"
I hung up... kinda got shocked I guess.
Haha awesome! What's the phone number... I can't find the post with the business card on it.

****EDIT****
I called back again, around 5:30 PM EST
Girl answered again, I asked to be transfered to a manager in charge of hiring and was transfered to the voicemail box again. I left a message stating my name and giving my cell number. I also made it clear that I had already applied and I was fairly certain that I had properly passed there test, making sure to mention the answer being "the future is within reach". I guess from here I wait?

I should have popped in to say I was lurking. Nice to get quoted by Nate though!
Edited to add: If Dr. Gough has hidden something important that we need to locate, do you think there is a clue on that video of the good Doctor describing his love of all things holographic? I was noticing that the hourglass on the left side of the picture has all the sand on the top and never seems to go down... almost as if something was hidden inside it.
There has to be a clue in front of us, right? Dead Doctors tell no tales, and there isn't anything out there to research, so it must be in the video, no?

A new post on the blog is up. Most of it is Nate talking about the crossword puzzle message and how amazing Nate's life is. Also he mentions the packages floating around. Just to keep everyone updated.
oddly, when I loaded the RSS feed for the News (feedburner link), the formatted feed page appeared, and somehow the tracker caught that the sixapart.com homepage was requested. No idea where from. For some reason when I refreshed this time (not the other times I checked out the feed page) it returned a standard RSS xml feed, with no other formatted content. Perhaps it was cached before and they recently fixed the reference *shrug*. Is SixApart involved? Or was this just a fluke?
Anyway, so no there's no revealing secret requests or anything just from a general use of the flash. I haven't checked the source yet though, but I'm thinking for now that there's not really anything to find. We have our 'puzzle' =)

Hey Nicole,
Thanks, I saw your note on my blog (assuming that was you). I know my company is a little kooky, but maybe I had no idea. I read that memo, but from what I know of Dr. Gough, it doesn't seem like him. Though when I ask about him around here, I get more reverence than wacky scientist. But then again you're not supposed to speak ill of the dead.
Let me know if you find anything else weird out there. I'll keep my eyes peeled as well. Glad there's a fellow puzzle lover out there.
Nate
About the flash: I looked around in the source but I couldn't find any xml files or anything it was loading outside of itself. It seemed like all of the bios and news were already written inside. But I don't know actionscript at all so I'm just guessing based on what I can make out of it.

I haven't had the chance to decompile the Flash yet, so I couldn't tell you whether it is accessing other files as it loads. That is sometimes the problem with these things.

I'm pretty sure it is that simple, but I've got nothing else to do til lunch anyways...
In other news, if you look into Nathan's myspace, his quote is "Reach The Future!".

Why can I not progress?
It has to be something with your connection or browser. I just checked it and it's still working fine for me...

I'm thinking the message is "hidden something important, locate" and the other answers are just spelled slightly wrong so those words will fit into the puzzle.

Did you boil the crane in acid? Litmus test it? Have your dog sniff it?
Has anyone gotten a response from the employment ad?

So it was. Someone called Greg also replied to the crossword post, he added clippers and teddy as correct answers. Are we supposed to look for a team mascot now?

I'm assuming it's all correct, I'm generally pretty good at the puzzles.
I also am seeing if there is a correlation between the wrong words and the correct ones, or for that matter, synonyms for all the answers that put together might take on more of a meaning, but so far haven't made much progress.
