This is really going too far. My wife said that Ron was asking about how I back up my computer files, if I kept any external drives and if I owned any guns. Then he just left and that was it. I've got a bad feeling about this so I'm taking my family to my sister-in-law's place in Arizona. I've finished the story and I'll send it when I get there.

This d/tweet I just got might explain your thought, Schwinn:

ArlenRage: Don't let anyone fool you, my dear. No one has the writer. Trust me.
Y'know, strangely enough... I trust him!

Well I have lost all contact with Jenny inside brightman. No answer to any of my emails.
As for them saying they have Bricker and we want to trade for Holly. They seem to have backed down a bit from saying: "if Holly gets hurt the writter will get deleted". But now they want to trade? Somethings up. They have had Bricker or had chances to have Bricker any time they wanted. They shot him up with something. Holly went to ARGfest with him. They have had tons of chance to kill him. They wont hurt him, they need him.

I'd see if I can negotiate but no one seems like talking to me.

Goddamn it, I had a feeling that when Bricker "went home", someone would be waiting for him.
And classi, you're the middleman because no wants to talk to us.

CIAbrams: You have a much better chance than we do-and-you need to understand that she's not expendable.

clas1ca: @ArlenRage We need to talk.
ArlenRage: I'm all ears, my dear.
clas1ca: Keep Holly floating right now; she is valuable. Threats exist against our writer that they are very capable of pulling through if you don't.
The good thing is: we have leverage. We have something of (apparent) worth to the Feds that we can use to bargain into the Brightman with.
So if you kill her now, it's game over.
Guys: CIAbrams has a point. Though I don't think it's the same exact point I'm trying to make. They're desperate to get Holly back for whatever reason. We have something of real value--FOR ONCE--to the Feds that we can trade.
So allowing Rage to be ...Rage would be a very bad idea right now, because this is the best chance we've ever had to get into the Brightman.
Before we offer up our biggest bargaining chip to get into an institute that we know nothing about, let's get some answers out of Holly first.
Specifically:
Why is the NSA interested in Bricker/Port?
Why would she masquerade as one of the watchers? For what purpose?
I'd like to know the answers to these.

Well drat. If I had been a little more sober I know I might have tried that.... I think that we very well could use holly as leverage, they seem to be almost overly protective of her. I wonder why...
EDIT: Also, CIAbrams has always struck me as being suspiciously OOG.

I would almost be willing to bet that the "good news" is that the story is complete.
Provided they haven't yet "deleted" Bricker, what do you think the odds are of us using Holly as leverage somehow?
I may be spouting nonsense. I'm on day two with no sleep - my thoughts are all jumbled.

Courtney,
I should probably be checking this e-mail more. I'm just slammed with work and past due writing projects and I find myself trying to forget about this whole odd part of my life. No offense! Speaking of this whole odd part of my life, I have good news!
Crap, my wife just called and said that Ron showed up at the house looking for something. I'll be in touch soon.

Also, I got this direct tweet:

CIAbrams: Don't let them kill the girl. Please. I'm begging you.

So, should we worry for/warn Bricker somehow?
With Holly/Randall/whatever under wraps, wouldn't that mean he's at risk? There was the threat that Bettelheim sent:
Quote:
I'm just warning you that IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO HOLLY the writer gets deleted.

Oh pffffffffffffftttttttttt. Fucking caps. It was caps last time!!
Anyway. I dunno about you guys, but I was hoping for a little more--perhaps what this contigency plan is all about and if it's something we should still be watching for, even with our friend Randall here thrown out of the loop.
