I'm still looking at the quote to see how it can help, but overall Forest is falling apart without Father's influence. Perhaps we are supposed to realize that Forest would have such a difficult time without his father that it would be kinder to keep them together, even if it means he is punished for something he did not do. Thoughts?

Okay, decisions was long but I got it done. The code is too long to post, so here is the message:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
the soft air just ruffled the water and caused a pleasant motion among the trees as we approached the shore, from which it wafted the most delightful scent of flowers and hay
I got to go jogging, so hopefully you can figure something out while I'm gone.

Well sorry I won't won't be able to contribute to solving these puzzles since I can't do them (and I haven't really the slightest idea what is going on now!)
Not sure if this will be of any help either but when you mentioned hexagon I recalled that Howard "liked" the following video on his youtube chanel that looks like it has a hexagon in it, something called metatron's cube

Apologies for the double post, but I just got this email:
Quote:
Interesting - the loss of Forest's Father has created gaps in Forest's memory and thought patterning as well.
While we are not concerned with the thoughts of man per se, we thought you mind find these lost snippets of use:
The 'I' of the BtI that he was deliberating on is incomplete - 'I' contains much more information that becomes invisible when translated into something else.
For example, with quartz and fibre cable manipulations, I arranged on a chess board becomes SQIE rather than SQ==
Of course - man chose 0s and 1s for his computer devices being a linear creature - nature favours a more honey-sweet pattern...

Well, I don't have much on the video, but as for the attachment, it spelled "Lyon Himan". When I searched for that, all I came up with was "Lyon Himan Green", whose stage name was "Lorne Green".
Significance? So far, I've got no clue. I'll keep looking, though.

Okay, so, if you follow WhiteRabbit, Forest says that I found the three symbols, and what they mean: BtI
Then there are three steps. At first, he told me to find the sequence after. The sequence after that doesn't make immediate sense is a few overlaid hexagons, with a rectangular honeycomb pattern on top. Then comes the Google image, but it only has 90 zeros--not 100. The name for that can be found here. Then comes the flickr logo, with an X and a painting of sorts inside the flickr logo.
So, if order is important, we have to figure out what the hexagons mean. Some hexadecimal message that needs to be decoded?
There is still the IIII V VI thing (4 5 6), which seems to still be relevant, although I still don't have anything on it besides the alien bird head race thing.

But where to start on the decoding?
Adding to that a little, Launcelot Gobbo (mentioned in the subject line) is one of Shakespeare's "clowns". He appears in The Merchant of Venice. One analysis of the play that I found describes him to be a "corrupter of words" by the end. In general, he loves puns.
Not sure if that helps any, but I thought I should throw it out there.

Freyja is the wife of Óðr. She names the next nychthemeron/24 hours/day. Then the Green will reflect for another... day! Today is the day of Our Lady of Meritxell--which is a Latin form of a word that means midday. Basically, I think it wants us to decode the message and see if it will affect our decision.
By the way, those symbols in NLE Tractors came out to be BtI. I put that in the base64 decoder and got Ò. The accent above it is the 'grave' accent. I'm not sure what else to make from it.

Ok, guys...here's what I've got. An email:
Quote:
Subject: Launcelot Gobbo awaits for you to lead Father...
The wife of Óðr names the next nychthemeron...
then we contemplate for one denonoshtiye
and then as the sun sets on its name day, we will administer your decision...
...adjust your conduct and even direct the course of your spirit
according to hours...
...then come back to us.
The Watchman.
Attached was this. It links to a google doc just for my sanity's sake.

I've been looking at NLE Tractors... I feel like we're missing something. I need to see this through before voting...

Edit--Ah fuck it. I follow too many ARGs, forgot the golden rule, and just fucked up. Fuck it all. Damn... so much for that!

I have no objection ddl especially since I did not consult anyone before sending in my answer. I argued for saving both Forest and Father and got this response:
