My life is a hurricane right now. Regardless, I managed to check my game email for a change:
Quote:
LAINSY: The ship being tracked has re-entered tracking range. Current vector indicates its destination is EARTH. ETA as of message sent time is 4 days. Attempt to contact ship resulted in NO RESPONSE. Backup control systems disabled. Internal systems report ship is operating under 12% optimal power and under 36% optimal safety guidelines. No other information reported.

Sorry for double post, the phone line's been updated.
Here's the new system announcement (slot 00000):
Quote:
Announcement for the day of Nov 7 2012
4 slots ready
1 internal system trigger activated
20 message slots deleted (ed. note - 20? daaang)
2 message slots locked
This is the message in slot 05649 and 04949:
Quote:
A file has been uploaded. Please check your slot at the Agent Portal. Password is the Roman value in hex of your slot. I repeat, a file has been uploaded. Please check your slot at the Agent Portal. Password is the Roman value in hex of your slot.
Not really sure what this means, and haven't found a file yet. If someone finds it, hooray! I decided to send an email to Fred Don asking about the file. He probably thinks I'm an idiot, but whatever.

Guys, call the phone line. All the old slots are closed, except for 45460, which is now requesting something (I can't tell what it's saying).
45460: Acknowledged - Agent Portal: Don requests confirmation.
I believe after I contacted Fred Don with the answer to his puzzle, it triggered the latest message to be placed in slot 45460. So right now it's saying:
Quote:
45460: Acknowledged. Agent Portal: Pin code?
When you put in the wrong pin code, it just says "Pin invalid" and disconnects you.
The new message slots are our ID card codes. I know mine is 05649. I think another is 04949. The current message left on these slots says:
Quote:
Message slot being populated. No message at the moment.
I asked Fred Don how long are we supposed to be waiting for info, and got this response:
Fred Don wrote:
Yes. Instructions will be provided on the 8th. Check your slot.
A little bit longer, folks?

Guys, call the phone line. All the old slots are closed, except for 45460, which is now requesting something (I can't tell what it's saying). After three attempts, it hangs up saying "No response.".
EDIT: Probably a different language. When I entered 12345 it said something else and hung up.

Not much happening on my end. I've sent a bunch of emails to various characters and am still waiting for replies.
I can tell you that it looks like the email address on http://noxordoarchives.org/ is a wrong address -- at least when I emailed system@noxordoarchives.com it bounced back immediately. However, system@noxordoarchives.org seems to have made it through, but haven't gotten a reply yet so I can't confirm that.
Okay so yeah the email for the Nox Ordo archives is systemSPLATnoxordoarchives.org. If you send the wrong passcode (which I did), you get the following response:
Archive System wrote:
>> PASSCODE ERROR
..this address retrieves messages once a day and is processed upon retrieval.
which I take to mean that it will only respond once a day.

there a couple of updates on some sites...
lainsy.net
Code:
26/10/2012-18:39:30GMT :: Lost connection with New York Server and Sensors. >>INFO<<
lainsy.net/scarlet
Code:
LAINSY: Lost Connection with New York Server and Sensors
Connection has not been established in over 60
minutes since time of log entry.
Last report from sensor is a fluctuation of
gravity.
Also, lainsy's version number updated from 41033 to 41034, not sure if anything significant, but it updated.
noxordoarchives.org updated, too
Code:
## ARCHIVER INACTIVE
[LOCKED]
//ARCHIVE LOCKED
//SEND UNLOCK PASSCODE TO SYSTEM SPLAT NOXORDOARCHIVES DOT COM
I guess we now have TWO codes to acquire for nox ordo? the phone, and the site...
EDIT: Also seems all of the failtech home sites are down for scheduled maintenance... failtechnologies.com industriesblack.com kleinenergyco.com and duocorp.net
it displays a video, ala-matrix, saying that they'll be back... and just loops... no date specified of return...
intranet, agent, join, and other sites still up, just the homepage ones are down

Sorry for the double post. Nathan Book replied with more information about the stolen biohazard:
Nathan Book wrote:
Last month, a biohazard leak was triggered in our Hawaii facility. Fortunately, no one was harmed, but on further investigation we found that samples of our CSL-RP (Cliffside Labs Regenerative Potion) was stolen from cold storage. On it's own, it is not exactly dangerous, but if programmed incorrectly it can be very dangerous (and gruesome).
Ok, CSL-RP is a variant of FAILTECH's HTR-Agent, as they call it. It's a medical drug that can aggressively stimulate tissue regeneration. FAILTECH's has been calibrated to work on human tissue and variants, meanwhile our improved version has been redesigned to work only on specific human tissues and specific humans. How does that work? Well, we've perfected the method of injecting the DNA matching serum that carries the agent across the subject's body. FAILTECH recently halted their research and we pretty much picked it up from there.
Yes, we still and anti-agent in case something wrong could happen, but the anti-agent has be properly matched against the agent for it to work. The good side is that if the agent isn't programmed, it is essentially just liquid with chemicals in it. Making it safe when in storage or in transit.
The problem now, is that our facility has been infiltrated and samples had been stolen. While nothing has happened in the past month, we're becoming weary that it might just surprise us all and cause trouble. In addition, without knowing the programming made on the samples, we simply can't create an anti-agent.
We have our leads. We were able to trace the movement of the person who stole the samples. He appears to be in New York. But it could all be a ruse as the samples may be elsewhere already. We can't get a pinpoint on his location and NYPD can't assist in locating him because he hasn't been spotted anywhere, yet. We tried contacting him to see if we could get his attention, but got no response. He might actually have someone still in the company observing what's going on, which is why he knows we might be baiting him. So, what I need in assistance is maybe you someone outside the company could get his attention. Maybe, he'll reply to you. Or maybe, he's already disposed of the email he gathered from intel? We can't know for sure.
Here's the most recent email we know he's using: j.espinaSPLATdeliveryman.com
Good luck! Try to get his attention without making yourself suspicious enough that he'll think you're from us.
Not sure who this J.Espina guy is.

Yeah, I got one as well. I agreed to help, but asked for clarification on what exactly was taken and what information they had on the perpatrator(s).

Yup, I got that email. Do we agree to help them? We certainly shouldn't tell anyone in FAILTECH though.

Did anyone get an email from Cliffside Labs?
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I want to be straight forward. I need your help, I'm pretty sure you're away of the stolen biohazard from one of our facilities. I am contacting you to assist us in figuring out who stole it and their objective. I know you work for FAILTECH, but let's set that aside to solve a pressing issue.
By the way, I am Nathan Book, Chief Operating Officer of Cliffside Laboratories. If you're interested in helping, I will provide you more details that we have acquired over the past month that nothing threatening has occurred, yet.
I request that you do not inform any FAILTECH employee, personnel, executive, or anyone related to FAILTECH with regards to this issue. If they get hands in valuable information that can be used against us, they'll either crush us or acquire the company, both of which we're not interested in happening.

Sorry for the two-month AWOL, but I'm back on this thread! Just a heads up. Got caught up in exams and forgot to check this thread after that...
Anyway, I see most of the action has been going on on phone lines, so I'll leave that one to y'all - I live elsewhere. Unless someone can help me get Google Voice working?
I have already requested a log from LAINSY and contacted Genus and Daniel to try to get back into this.
EDIT: Google Voice working! Posse, I can keep tabs on your slots for you if you need...
EDIT 2: Slot 45460 has something! The message reads:
45460: Acknowledged - Agent Portal: Don requests confirmation.
Connection will now be closed.
[Hangs up]
EDIT 3: Got a reply from Daniel:
Quote:
Glad to hear you're back! I hope your assistance to us isn't taking too much of a toll on your other activities on your end.
Well, the others hasn't made much contact, but I heard they're digging something up about Fred Don. I asked around, but no one gave me any answer, or at least an answer that actually makes sense, somehow.
Also, the stolen ship is gone, probably for good. It went out of the Deep Space Network's extended range, thus we can't track it anymore. LAINSY, however, has devised a theoretical destination of the ship based on it's last known vector. It seems the ship might be heading towards the star system named A-22. A-22 is a star system of interest because of the theoretical resources available on the star system that can provide the possible startup resources for an exoplanetary colonization. It is still project that hasn't even been in stage 1 of its cycle, which makes us quite curious as to why it is heading there. However, it is still open to speculation that it could be heading elsewhere.
Also, I've lost contact with Kaido. LAINSY is unable to locate him anywhere and I fear the worst has happened. I hope not. If you guys have heard from him, I'd be really interested to know what happened to him.
Dyou guys think this has anything to do with the Testa family terminated thing on noxordosystems?

Got an email from Fred Don!
Fred Don wrote:
Confirmed. Await further instructions. Deployment for historical research will commence. Significance of Duo Corp acquired artifacts top priority before departure. Check your ID.
ID could be either 05649 (from my ID card) or 45460. I think 04949 is also a possible number, based on it having a similar message in its slot on the private messaging line as 05649.
I am traveling for work this week so my access to internet will be limited, so if someone could keep tabs on these message slots that would be much appreciative. I'll try and check when I can.

Still don't have an NFC scanner... I'll have to try and figure something out.
