Hey all. Not much happening on my side of things. I ended up talking to Matthew Johnson. He at least seems open to conversation, since he wants to learn about the people who are after him. I don't really know what his deal is. Maybe he's not as involved in the plot against FAILTECH as I thought he was?

When he asked me who I was working for and what my objective is, I gave him my cover story (FAILTECH volunteer who heard about James Barron through Althea Rosso and ended up investigating his disappearance, which lead to uncovering Nox Ordo). I then asked him about Nox Ordo and what his objective is:

So I'm not sure what MJ is going to tell me. Or what I'm supposed to do next. But just letting you guys know that I'm still talking to people.

EDIT - Learned some more from Matthew Johnson. Seems like he's Nox Ordo, but just not a part of Barron's plan:

While recently, I've met someone from Nox Ordo under the VALESCO family.

This TESTA and VALESCO thing sounds interesting.

Hiya, godder! \(^_^)_ Interesting thoughts about Nox Ordo and Orkudusu. To add to the speculating, I wonder if Nox Ordo could be an off-shoot of Orkudusu (like how Failtech is for the Sejusu) to keep watch over Failtech or maybe even sabotage them like what Genus mentioned in terms of the Whispher project. That way, it would be less likely for the Sejusu to have a future advantage through Failtech.

Hey everybody. Sorry I haven't been able to participate very much lately. I have been watching though. So we know that someone (one of our suspected infiltrators) has been using the device that Patrice has, to tamper with data from Failtech. But what would they want with Failtech if their technology is indeed more advanced than Failtech's? Shouldn't they be able to fulfill their star-struck destiny with that kind of technology? Or maybe they were known by the Orkudusu and were in league with them and were able to get some technology from them. And while the Orku's were running around, the Nox Ordo's were trying to use them to further their agenda. But now, with the Orku's gone, they have turned their attention to Failtech as a means to "return to the stars". I don't know. Something seems fishy or backwards to me. If this goes very much further, we may want to consider contacting some of our old friends about this. Especially if something big is indeed coming.

We suspect it might have been from the same kind of people we have encountered last year and early this year, however, Patrice suggests otherwise. She has spoke with me regarding this Nox Ordo, and it seems that they had recently started to put their attention to FAILTECH. Although they had a couple fo their people infiltrating FAILTECH, it seems they have only made their move recently, probably because of our encounters with the future humans. Patrice suggests that we be discreet about us having information regarding their presence and their possible objective. Patrice says that, since the Nox Ordo have strongly beleived they are the children of the stars, they are begining to shift their attention to FAILTECH as the stepping stone to fulfil their promise with the ancestors. Patrice hasn't been quite clear regarding what the promise is, who the ancestors are, and how she acquired such information. What I know, however, is that it seems we have something big coming up and we might need to do some planning. We still can't release Althea, since we don't want the Nox Ordo tothink we are up to them. However, what I want you to do in the next few weeks is to try to follow the leads you have all been following. Hopefully, the information I have told would help you further your investigation. Patrice and her team is still devising a way to protect LAINSY from such devices, so the Agent Portal is still unsecure. All FAILTECH emails, however, no longer pass through LAINSY and is routed through a different backbone at the moment which is a little bit less susceptible to tampering. Okay. I wanted to update when I had progress, but unfortunately there is not much. It's kind of frustrating because I don't know what to ask that doesn't throw all sorts of red flags.

Backing up, like I mentioned earlier I basically bounced between MJ and JD to figure out the "verification sequence" for Nox Ordo associates. Here's how it goes -- the first line is spoken by one person, the next line is the response back, and so on:

I tried to ask if Bills knew what he was looking for and if he knew how to work it, but I figured the jig was up when he replied:
