I'll hunt the remaining symbol. Another alternative is the cuneiform name of MULNUNKI (or "Star of Eridu"). Yeah, there's Unicode for cuneiform too, even though my browser only shows blocks.
I tried ERIDU in cuneiform (𒉣𒆠) but it didn't work, it only says NUNKI though.

...and needless to say I've tried all manner of variations of 25E925A126CB and nothing works.

Has anyone tried the symbols as the password?
I notice Jorgey is working on the same ideas as I look at my preview..
But 26CB eludes me with default fonts, and I've installed Symbola which allows me to do all three characters, but I'm not certain any of my browsers are accepting it as input. ⛋

We've got the first two symbols in unicode:

I can't find the last. It'd be pretty dumb if the password was written on the login page though... I feel like its not very immerse to have to crack this type of password. We signed up as investors, so we should be given access to the investor page.

I was wondering about our dear old friend Icarus and if he is related to this adventure. I did a quick search and found this introduction to a website dedicated to "Not Normal" presence. Their words, not mine....
"Welcome To Icarus
The Icarus Project envisions a new culture and language that resonates with our actual experiences of 'mental illness' rather than trying to fit our lives into a conventional framework.
We are a network of people living with and/or affected by experiences that are often diagnosed and labeled as psychiatric conditions. We believe these experiences are mad gifts needing cultivation and care, rather than diseases or disorders. By joining together as individuals and as a community, the intertwined threads of madness, creativity, and collaboration can inspire hope and transformation in an oppressive and damaged world. Participation in The Icarus Project helps us overcome alienation and tap into the true potential that lies between brilliance and madness."

You know, that prison world thing sounds a bit off. Was that the only reason Weyland really went on that world ?
From wikipedia:
HD 85512 b, along with Gliese 581 d is considered to be one of the best candidates for habitability as of August 30, 2011.
Whilst it certainly looks like Aquila (Which is the Latin for the original "Aetos Dios" Greek original) plays an important role in Prometheus' future I don't think it is part of the password for entering the website for artistic reasons.
The constellation does have decent backstories covering Lyra, Vega and other stars but as yet I haven't found anything working. Including from the Chinese mythos.
Hope the screen caps are useful.

Okay, so we've been assuming it's the Starmap from the Zeta Reticuli incident, and now it's the Aguila Constellation? Now that's something that could give a spin to this puzzle.
But first things first: The map doesn't match up with the constellation, the stars aren't at similar positions. The eagle is actually next to the map, which means it has to be, if anything, a nearby constellation with a similar pattern. The eagle is important in the Prometheus myth considering its role in the punishment inflicted in him (and part of the theme of a warning disguised as an invitation), but I can't see the match yet.

Thank you, but it is probably nothing. I picked it out of the sharing scripts. it is probably just webhost stuff, but it is a bit odd.
Now Bishop is taunting us!

Ive heard a couple people say that we've been told the answer is right in front of us (or something along those lines). Where has that been stated, and by whom? It's the main reason I'm focusing on these three symbols on the login page.

According to the Facebook page, they are alluding to the fact that we already have what we need to crack this. The answer is right in front of us, somewhere out there..
Right, so that just means Melodyman is assuming that that's what the team behind the Prometheus Facebook are saying, but they haven't actually said that anywhere have they?
EDIT:
Okay so SevenSonicStructures did a great job of finding possible meanings behind two of the symbols. The only place I can find any reference to the following symbol is here:
Looks like it's Unicode called U+25E9 and nothing else. I can't find any historical or ancient significance to it whatever. This is starting to do my head in.
Aquila, the pet eagle of Zeus, showed the gentler side of his nature when he carefully carried up Ganymede to Mount Olympus to be cup-bearer to his master. However, when considering the myth surrounding Prometheus, the ferocious, darker side of Aquila is very evident. Prometheus was one of the last Titan gods who became an advisor to Zeus. He was protective of humankind and, seeing how they suffered because they had no fire, he stole a ray from the Sun which he smuggled down to earth in a hollow stem. Zeus did not believe that man was worthy of such a gift, and was furious that Prometheus had acted without his permission. The well-meaning Titan was chained to the side of a mountain, stripped of his garments, and was continually attacked by Aquila. Since he was immortal, his dreadful wounds healed themselves every evening, only to be opened up again the next day by Aquila. After many years Prometheus was saved by Hercules, who agreed with his kind deed to mankind. Using his bow and arrow, he killed Aquila, who was then placed by Zeus to soar in the heavens.
AND the speech of Peter Weyland about it....
