Is anyone else using Google Chrome? I can't get the timeline to load past 2064 in Chrome. It does load in IE, but apparently some things are missing...i.e. it doesn't contain the "Electronics" patent. Also, does anyone else think it's curious that there's no "Flag" icon in the content key?

Looking at the thrid sybmol maybe that could be terraforming since it encompesses all the elements but this will lead us away from matching up the boxes with the 7 verticals.

I see where you're headed. So maybe it's a mapping between the elements represented by the squares and the vertical. Here's a first attempt:

Some guesses:

Air: Transport (spaceships)
Fire: Energy/Electronics?
Earth: Security? Health?
Water: Health?
Center: Whatever's left over?

If we assign them then we can use the number of patents as the password?

For example:

1. Cybernetics - 2
2. Terraforming - 1
3. Transport - 2
4. Electronics - 1
5. Security - 4
6. Health - 2
7. Energy (missing?) - 0

So password = 2121420

Which doesn't work BTW Maybe something else from the patents?

It took me a while to get it, but then it all became clear. You're right.
Maybe they're sorted based on frequency? I see Terraforming only has 1 patent number, which corresponds to the symbol #2 (Earth).

EDIT: So yeah, there's only one patent each for Terraforming and Electronics, but two each for Health, Electronics, Security, Cybernetics and Transportation. If we sort these in each symbol, my guess is Health, Energy, Security, Cybernetics in the third symbol to the right (or bottom, if we take the original symbol as reference), Energy in the first (or top symbol), and Terraforming in the middle symbol. At least it adds up.

So 'sorting' 'the universe' 'into elements' seems to be the symbiotic message here, or 'making order from chaos'

Can't seem to get anything into Eridu page at Project Prometheus though.

The triangles in the Weyland Corp logo represent water (x2) and fire (x1) if we were looking at 'elements'. Not sure if the rectangles are meant to represent wings though air?).

If you look at the Timeline there is a post about Weyland breaking their business into 7 key verticals.

"Weyland Industries consolidates all products and solutions into seven verticals: health, transportation, energy, electronics, terraforming, security and cybernetics.
MARCH 9, 2072"

if you look at the boxes counting the 4 elements in the bottom box and 1 in the middle and the top being 2 that is a total of 7. My thinking is that they may relate to the Patent numbers in the timeline and they may match up based on the elements but only 4 elemtsn so.....?

Not sure if this helps, but according to Wikipedia the Cosmic Call is due to arrive in Orion on August 2040.

There is a massive gap in the Weyland Timeline from 2039 - 2052. Perhaps the Cosmic Call response kicked off a series of events relating to "The Invitation"?

Think the Cosmic Call is closely related, especially given the previous morse code result, so am trying using several passwords related to this. Date it was sent, the letters of the message etc, but nothing so far...
