Who is writing everything? Specifically,who was it who first posted on reddit (before AYDEN took over, obviously. I know that he was writing), who is posting on the wordpress site, who is on the Tumblr site, and who is the new guy on the wordpress page?
This was how I took what was going on (nothing solid, lots of stretches, and i've also been sleep deprived as of late, so contradictions to actual facts are likely >.<):
I agree that Allied Broadcasting is run by the Keepers, although I considered the Keepers to be part of CEYTO. I think that the "radical broadcasts" and Artie come from the Stumans intercepting and transmitting over (I don't remember the right terminology) the communication line. I also considered Ayden to be one of the three (?) remaining Keepers since the fall of the Hekadem but might have been tampered with by a supporter of the Stuman goal.

Hello Friend! I am always here. Well that is mainly when I am not here. I talked to the operator the other day, and he said that I should only have fun while I am not having fun. Apparently, our other bubbles were being taken over by the stumas because I am not good at remembering where I left my keys. I heard from the mechanic that the curator was upset with me due to the fact that the stumans (who I used to ring around the rosies, pockets full of posies, ashes ashes we all fall YAY!) seem to think that I wanted them to watch me.
Who ever wants to be watched? Or traversed? Or? Hey, have you ever heard the one about the CEYKO, the Stuman, and the feldog? No, neither have I. I was hoping that you had because I keep trying to figure that out.
The mechanic reconfigured my streams so that I can only trounce around from place to place to place like nice rotund fumblebee. I like their stripes, so yellow and black and bzzz bzzz bzzzing.
I am crossing the meridians now. Such fun hemishpheres all these farmers have created. Are you a farmer? I sure hope so.

This is my understanding..
Reddit, Tumblr and Wordpress are operated by The Keepers. They refer to them as their "stream" and post randomly on those sites so the CEYTO's cant track them. Ayden will take over occasionally and the new guy...Artie ( on word press)...well, I tend to think of him a commercial break..He has only posted once..and I think he will pop up for a little humor occasionally..
as far as posting to the ONLY MOMENTS NOW, I sent over a " are you still there? " question, I will post the response when there is one..
and Ayden....Im still trying to figure out if hes good or bad. Some of the messages received make me think hes good, but being the android he is ...his subroutines have been messed with which makes him have a potential "bad guy" personality to him..

After going through the messages on the various Allied Broadcast websites, I came up with a theory (could be biased and full of holes since I've only been going off the messages being relayed through Allied Broadcasting):
I wonder if the CEYTOs (or at least the Keepers) are a form of artificial intelligence designed by humans as a result of an apocalypse (or knowledge of an apocalypse) to preserve the history and scientific data regarding humans. Since the apocalypse, the Keepers might have been trying to recreate humans from archived information and maintaining their human recreations in time "bubbles" that are isolated from the real timeline. Stumans might have been one of the attempts to recreate the humans but have since rebelled (Spirit of 76 = reference to American push for independence?) after learning more about the CEYTO.
I was mainly intrigued by the first Allied Broadcasting messages that were found on reddit and these statements made by those part of CEYTO:

I put the text into the Affine decryptor with two numbers from the dashed numbers list they gave (ONLYTWOCORRECT leads to a = 19, b = 23). From there, I put the text into BASE64 translator then put the resulting text into the binary translator.

For the first step, the phrase "only two correct" from the original hint makes sense now with their cipher suggestion of Affine.
Keeper log update 4983.12.13:
The Hekadem has fallen. The curator has fallen. There are only 4 of us left now. Only Four. Ayden has the order of seniority, but seems to have fallen out of contact. Without the Curator we are unaware of how to proceed. Raven Vaimon appears to have super encoded the Orion matrix into the Hunters. The code was always a little buggy as evidenced by Ayden's actions over the last 8 macsecs. Unfortunately, the Curator was the only one that understood the encryption ring for Hunters as well as the backdoors built into the Orion code.
I am at The Porch now. The Stumans and their Hunters appears to still be scared of this place. I am going to stretch this log post out in case I am interpolated between the magrail lines and neutocean. If I am re-configured, please ensure that Ayden is matching is sub-routine. There will only be three of us left. Three to the ring. Perhaps that is destined. Perfect threes.
As I consider the last millseclenia it is only obvious now that Augustine appears bent on re-writing the course of Stumakind with the re-analyzed Wallite history. Perhaps we were wrong to super suppose the 4th law. Perhaps this was always meant to be.
